This is Bull Shit, where's a good lawyer to take this to court? I'm offended by a Muslim Hijab but just try to remove someone wearing that from a public arena.
Come on guys.... This isnt our first rodeo. The stadium belongs to them. They make the rules. If we disagree with their rules we work together, boycott and make them pay for their shitty rules.
You need to be a little more clever. Get a cheap Harris/Walz or Biden/Harris hat off ebay and see if you still get kicked out.
Retards are programmed to attack you if you wearing a red hat, even it says nothing on it. Zombie hordes are dangerous when triggered, and you probably don't need the lawsuits that will ensue after you defend yourself. You are no longer dealing with humans...be warned.
Now there's an idea...a reversible MAGA hat. Red MAGA outside, Blue favorite dembag inside. Get called out. Reverse it. Then switch it back. Call it a social experiment...
The security guy is in an impossible situation. He has a job to do enforcing the policies that he didn't set. The guy in the hat was trying to make a statement. I get it. Their stadium their rules. Did you hear the security guy say he voted for Trump? Our country is so divided that the simplest thing can spark a brawl. I understand their desire to keep the peace.
When I was a principal we had rules about proper dress code. Politically motivated, sexual content, and drugs/alcohol promotion attire was prohibited. Given the audience and the motivation for the prohibition, it stood up in court...over and over. Like it or not...one may have an amendment right of freedom of speech but it is unlawful to yell fire in a crowded theater when there is no fire. Same principle with attire.
I think your position on this is bullshit. I also think what you are saying about "your" schools position on political expression on clothing has been debunked in court many times in the last decade. so, no, I don't like what you are saying because in my opinion, you are spouting bullshit. are we on the same team? you are supposedly in education, and I think anyone who has risen to a position of responsibility in this country in the last 50 years has actually failed us. look at the policies of the teachers unions and in schools throughout the country. I also have personal issues with the particular school district where I live and attended school. so again, I call bullshit. and you do not have to like that I call out your bullshit...
school rules that violate freedom of speech and freedom of expression (e.g. wearing a trump shirt) have been struck down many times in many courts. Why are you so adamantly defending this man's rights being violated (if in fact this venue is publicly funded in any way)?
You chose to accept that. Most of us dont accept that drivel. When they stop the homos from dancing naked in public with dildoes glued to their foreheads maybe id consider such a rule expedient. Until then its tyranical. Also, ive never enforced a rule i didnt agree with. Never will.

Exactly this
If they think they can profit off of gays and trannies, let them
Stop giving your money to people who hate you
As if no public money was involved🙄
Thanks. And I totally agree.
Total bs! What city & state was this?
St. Louis
I thought Missouri was a red state.
The color of St. Louis is not red. Beware where you stop in that town.
You'll find out what brown can do
forto you...I smell a lawsuit coming.

security guy can get fucked
he isn't the 1st amendment police
True. But he works for a place who gets to make the rules.
he works for a place that pretends to make the rules
let's find out when they get sued
security guard could have gotten hurt

bullshit.
You don't have to like what I'm saying but it doesn't make it any less true.
And we are on the same team here. Lots of things piss me off about the ways of the world...

Can you show me the actual law where it says its illegal to yell fire in a theater when theres no fire?
I think you might be mistaking some jackasses fleeting opinion for a law
Kinda getting tired of people seeking work-arounds to violate peoples free speech
please don't give the left material for the right being stupid.
Kinda weak rebuttal.

there is a vast difference between a school full of children with no rights and a publicly funded sports arena
difference in arena but not in how the rules are applied...
bullshit
You were a principle over children were you not? Big difference but a great reason for people not to trust public education.
Maga is not political. Screw any cop that enforces such an unconstitutional act.
All maga should stop attending that shithole.
