Harder to search for than one eye given the typical 'arms-crossed' in front of body pose, also less searched for so search engines haven't caught on in the same way they have in regard to 'one eye'..

The pics at the gettyimages link are mostly of people with crossed arms in a normal position. The pictures above are not a natural way to cross arms. It is very deliberate.
What other way enables the arms actually to be crossed? This is virtually the only way if you want your arms to be in the photo. There is also the "Jules Verne" crossing of the arms (in the Getty photos), but that is more of a folding together.

I need to find it, but I recall Roseanne Barr claimed that she was asked to do stuff like this, cover one eye & other symbolism that muddies the waters when looking for real pedos/evil/cabal assets.

Exactly. I was taught in high school (back in the 1900s) that it symbolized that they had the power to pull you in to their fold (crook) or push you out of society (flail). They loved duality in those ancient belief systems. Push/pull. As above, so below. You got your chocolate in my peanut butter. Etc.
