In consideration of Gov Abbott not changing the current TX districts, and in order to promote cooperation and understanding, I think Gov Newscum should suggest Gov Abbott instead redistrict all of CA. Since the CA districting is the 'fairest' in the land, Newscum should have no worries about the end result.
