This is nonsense, the geometry that hits the white house hits the centre of the original building (marked by a flag on the roof) or perhaps the oval rooms - the blue room, or the yellow hall above or the solarium above that, or the oval reception hall on the ground floor.
Nothing Trump is doing alters this, he would have to demolish the whole thing and move the whole footprint so no part of the building hits that geometric point for this theory to have any merit.
While the idea is interesting, I don't think this is very compelling. The author of the video doesn't get into any specifics on why the simple construction of a ballroom would disrupt sacred geometry that has been setup at a scope of several miles.
And that's to say nothing of all the changes and additions to the White House over the decades.
That being said, I absolutely DO believe that there's some kind of ulterior motive here. The new ballroom seems so out of left field considering the enormity of what must be accomplished over the next three and a half years. Whether there are elements of the real reason that are as mystical as sacred geometry, I have no idea.
But I'm very confident that we don't know the full story.

Theory doesn’t hold much water. Most of the White House we know today didn’t exist when D.C was built. All that was there was the main building.
The West Wing was added in 1902. The East Wing which is what’s currently being destroyed/remodeled in 1942.
If the physical Geometry of the structure itself mattered. It would have been disrupted/destroyed well over a century ago by this logic.
