Been there a while and it's been a struggle. It's been a journey, with results. My heaviest, I was 225. Started working out with zeal four years ago. Lost a little weight. Started rucking and running three years ago, got to 205. The past three years I've been stuck at 205 and it was driving me nuts. So much stronger, couldn't lose weight. Switched to 90% carnivore, didn't change much. Then, exactly five weeks ago I started a strict fasting regime. Six hour eating window, 18 hour fast from Monday to Saturday. Sundays are a 36hr fast. Basically two regular sized meals and a snack mon-sat, no food Sunday. Still same workout regime, two days full body weights, two days 1hr 85lb ruck, two days 1hr distance run. Diet isn't restricted, just mostly carnivore. I'm going to be 178lbs tomorrow morning. Goal of 165 is a very reachable month away. Fasting and zero processed foods were what did it. All the exercise just sped things up. I'm down 47lbs from my highest, 27 lbs in just the past five weeks, and lost two pant sizes and a shirt size.
I had no idea weight loss could be so fast. If I hadn't experienced it myself, I wouldn't believe fast numbers. Lol. Today I was 176, ahead of schedule by 2lbs. That's 29 lbs in five weeks. Not everyone is the same, but I am just in shock that a tiny little fasting regimen was all I needed besides clean food. My dad is a doctor and says my diet of five eggs for breakfast (cooked in bacon fat) and lunch 16oz steak, and one or two little snacks is very unhealthy. Lol 😂 I've been trying to tell him he's been lied to, but he spent 50 years in a career that indoctrinated him. In any event, my wife send me this on November 16th, exactly 29lbs ago. It works for anyone else struggling.

Best part of the fasting thing, no flabby skin suit after the weight loss. Your body consumes the extra skin and the visceral fat along with the inflammation.
Kill it. When it sucks, keep killing it. The key for me was a 36 hour fast every week with daily mini fasts. Check out the video I linked above. I've lost 29lbs since November 16 just from that video alone.
No access. That's why I ruck, I would prefer swimming, but we're in the mountains with no paved roads and extreme inclines. Rucking is just about your only full body fitness option when you're so remote.
I guess it's most noticeable if you're a tourist or other temporary visitor to the USA. I'm English and visit family every now and then for just a week or two and I am truly horrified by American food. Even worse than our own food and that is definitely saying something. There's 10x more stuff in US food which I don't even understand what it is - chemicals. preservatives, who knows what.
I noticed that many of your products list "GMO" in the ingredients and I didn't even know what those letters meant until I searched; don't think genetic modification of food is even legal here.
I used to think buying "organic" food meant you were some kind of hippy who needed to feel superior but I'm way past that now - anything to try and eat clean.
There are also some items that won't label them as containing "genetically engineered" ingredients, they'll make you scan a bar code to see that. So if it's got corn or soy or "sugar" (not cane) ingredients that aren't organic, I just assume they're GMO and avoid it.
And you notice the prices real-time adjusting, according to the up-to-the-second balance in your bank and your personal debt ratio, and your facial recognition mood ratio, and………😀😀. Not joking though, really😩
They have them, yes. In other countries, forget where, and I think Wally World might have tried a US limited roll-out with some push back. It is coming though, as are the cameras everywhere, FLOCK, in store facial regog., etc.
Just saw a video where a dude went into WallFart, w/o his phone, paid cash for a usb cable and was e-mailed a survey regarding his service experience. So, facial regog. tied into his e-mail (he doesn’t have a WallFart app installed either : aka precursor for e-mail tie in).
Most grocery stores are set up where the outside parameter is where all the real food is. It makes one walk the furthest. Everything in the center isles are all the unneeded stuff.
Imagine if all the junk, poisonous, toxic food were to be removed from grocery stores. They’d be a fraction of their size. They’d resemble the neighborhood butcher shops and green grocers of 75 years ago. Hey, isn’t that when most people didn’t have weight problems? Geez, I think you’re on to something!
They have canola oil, which is derived from an in-edible plant source. It's 'washed' with hexane (toxic) to make it digestable by humans. Although, last visit to Costco, and they had the jalapeño version made with avocado oil.
True! I won't let my son put anything in the cart. I always tell him no soy, corn syrup, fake sugar, etc. and of course, it has to be organic. He walks away in disgust and says he'd rather look at the cats at petco than deal with me.
Ironically, products like Borax, which (they) say is a poison, can actually heal you of certain ailments. *Not medical advice. Do your research carefully.
The sugar free section is about 3 foot wide
And only a couple snacks made with plant based stevia. After 5 years of cutting out sugar, i am now maintaining at around 170lbs. And 6' tall. Never felt better

Great news! That’s awesome!
I’ve been carnivore / ket for 2 years. Weight came off Ist 6 weeks. No extra exercise. Testosterone doubled too!

2.5 days into a five day fast right now.
Work is going to be brutally hard right now.

If you have access to a 25 yard pool, try lap swimming. Your body will have a completely different feeling.

We Americans have been under attack for a long time: poisons in the air, water, food, drugs, vaxxes, and the msm.
And you notice the prices real-time adjusting, according to the up-to-the-second balance in your bank and your personal debt ratio, and your facial recognition mood ratio, and………😀😀. Not joking though, really😩
Wasn't there a post a while back that stores would have digital price screens, so they could update the price in real time. 🤔

It has looked like poison for about a year or so. I read all labels and am very picky about what I eat.
I see poison...
...I avoid these places...

Milk and eggs are all the way in the back corner at my local grocery store.

The other 10% in the produce aisle also has toxic residue but on a lighter note, it can be scrubbed off with some perseverance.
Always endeavor to persevere.
And keep your hands off Miss Vickie's Kettle Cooked Jalapeno chips.
Why Miss Vickie's in particular?
Personal preference. They crunch well.
Ohhh, I thought you were warning against Miss Vickie's for health-related reasons. That makes sense.

Careful he'll be looking for cats to feed you to.
And cats & dogs are poisoned as well.
I think about this all the time.
Yes. It's very hard and very time consuming to shop these days.

This is so true!
Was thinking exactly this the other day.
Right

It's looked that way to me for a long time.
