I get what you're saying, but I think the balance of probability favors the dichotomous logic of the writer.
Everything is a psyop, whether it's meant for good or for bad. Everything we hear or read regarding historical events, or even current events, is written from certain points of view and are written in ways to get the reader or listener to agree with the claim's originator. The further we get from the original event, the easier the info can be manipulated to get one to believe just about any claim made.
Did Nero really play the fiddle while Rome burned? Did Gaius Julia really say, "I came, I saw, I conquered?" Did Cleopatra really kill herself with an asp after Marc Anthony's death? Did Moses really part the Red Sea? Did David really only use one stone to kill Goliath? Was Christianity started by Saul/Paul, or started by a group of men all claiming to be Saul/Paul? I am thoroughly convinced that our enemies had their best chance at success around 2001-2005. I think even then they were hesitant and felt like their 16 year plan was necessary to get people to the point where they couldn’t fight back successfully.
It seems like ever since then it’s been slowly slipping through their fingers and they’ve been trying to make up lost ground. They got stuck in between two realities. They did not have the critical mass they needed to unleash their dystopia and needed more time, but the more time passed the more ground they lost. For every one topic they brainwashed the public on successfully, two more conspiracies took off in popularity. It was like a game of whack a mole they couldn’t win. In hindsight the smartest thing they could have done would have been to try and put this whole FEMA camp scheme in play around 2002 when everyone was in their post 9/11 haze, before most of the internet truther movement. The public would have been far less resistant and receptive but they knew even then it would be a huge gamble.
They chose to bide their time and try to claw back ground, and they chose wrong. Now they’ve got nowhere to turn and nothing left to do but to try anyway. And then it’s our turn.
