I try to tell Mrs TaQo this... but she still gotta play...
Drives me nuts...
I always suspected it was rigged, but years ago when I heard he won, I KNEW it was just another money laundering enterprise. Also- I thought he won twice? I'll have to dig ...
Think about it ..."winning the lottery" is literally like a religion to some people. It's the golden nugget in the future that maybe someday, like Jesus returning, will cure all the ills and wrong in their life...If they only won the lottery...
It's actually pretty sad...SO MANY believe that... SO MANY!
Meanwhile... streets are littered with loser scratch offs and disappointment...
Krogt (n.): The silver coating on lottery tickets or game pieces that you scratch off with a quarter.
The lottery has second prize drawings - I scrolled through them and it is interesting that the same names show up over and over and over again - its even done by city and sure enough the same people win over and over. Rigged if you ask me.
The second chance thing is real - at least here in Texas. I've won at least 6 times ($100 - not the big money). Maybe the big prizes are rigged though. The way it works is around 100 winners are chosen each drawing (we have 5 total) and they get $100 and are entered into the big drawing. Then when that is drawn I believe only 5 are chosen. They can choose a cash prize (~$10k) or go to whatever event they do and compete for trips or $5-10M. I do, however, think it would be more dangerous for them to rig that part because those people will have to show up in person - not as a trust or anonymous.
Wife and I used to collect the losing tickets (with the 2nd chance options) people left on the machines or the "scratch areas" in gas stations and I would submit them. The lottery would send me an email telling me to watch for a check, and the letter would come a few days later with a check and a "congratulations" message.
When NC got the lottery we bought four powerball tickets each week. We picked our numbers and played those & two quick draw. Then they increased from 1 to 2 dollars. A few years ago I suggested we stop buying them. Since we stopped I’ve seen several different people or experts saying it’s rigged. I don’t remember the sources. Seems like it had something to with money laundering. Also years ago, watched a documentary about a state lottery, rigged by a guy that was in charge of the technology side of the drawing. He would rig it so a friend won. The guy didn’t know when to quit and kept rigging it. They eventually got caught and went to jail. He will buy a ticket when the dollar amount is extremely high. He says someone is winning. I said, you don’t have proof these people are winning. I believe they have a camera in the stores and pick who wins according to skin color and poverty level. Just my opinion. I don’t think a white country boy looking like a redneck is going to be picked. The only advantage he might have is he mostly drives a very old Toyota Corolla with the front bumper zip tied on🤣 The 4x4 pickup doesn’t leave the yard much.
This was debunked years ago. The local paper investigated and found that the winning ticket was sold to a woman that worked across the street from the gas station. She just happened to name her trust Zorro, just like Epstein's, not knowing. It was just a coincidence and she has never met him.
I worked under contract for a few years in Huntsville, AL. Down there they called it the Red Neck Retirement Plan. Also the Gulf Coast the Redneck Riviera.
The lottery circle jerk-The players pay the lottery., if no winner is announced, even more people play because it's worth more!!! Then a winner is announced. The winner takes about 20% of the money that went into the pot from the players.
Why do you think the lottery's in the US have had such ridiculously high winnings over the past few years?
Rigged as fuck just like most sports.....

The moar you be knowin 🌈 an sheit 💩
I learned of this a few years ago (I believe he won twice?, but I have no sauce for that), anyway it ended my lottery ticket purchases.
That's what I remember as well.

And that winning powerball number?…. 17
The lottery is nothing but a tax on stupid people.

money laundering so he had an excuse for such sums in his accounts
I figured that out when big ones kept being won by Californians, especially if they buy their tickets at Encino gas stations.
Wait, are you suggesting that they’d rig a contest whose veracity can’t be tested, with tens of millions of dollars at stake?
No way. There’s no way someone could just get away with that. People would say something.
Sorry, I mean, EVERYTHING IS RIGGED.
Anyone else notice the powerball number is 17?
That lottery thing goes hand in hand with, "the book deal"!
The lottery is a voluntary tax for the mathematically inept.
Just another way for them to steal our money...don't play and I never will...
Recently exposed that numerous winning number winners had same last names as Sandy Hook “witnesses”

I'm a big fan of the Silver lottery. The Cabal / JPM has been dumping so much paper into it that it's gonna pop big when it goes off.

Golly gee, I wonder where the rest goes?
Rinse and repeat
I stopped buying it because it is a sin second we know is rigged.
