American broadcasters switching to EBS likely wouldn’t affect areas outside the U.S and its Territories.
Local equivalents would also need to switch over. And even then outside the U.S. American Football only really has a significant fanbase in Germany. More foreigners prefer Baseball or Basketball.
So even then. Most of the world isn’t liable to be tuned in. Even if they’re able to watch it.

Space-force has back door access to all US launched satellites. The 22nd Space Operations Squadron handles satellite command and control.
