Trump and The Public now know who is in The Club.
Leverage is likely used on Roberts when needed. Vacating Biden and Obama terms allows Trump to replace 3 justices. But he needs to do better than ACB. Looks like we are stuck with Roberts until he retires, but Trump can probably force that if needed to properly make Thomas the Chief Justice.
Call me doomer, all of this preliminary work is great, but waking up normies, and it has to be done by the book, is out the window in 7 months. If some major revelations aren’t exposed to the public, the midterms end our best opportunity to get anything done. We’ll be looking back at how we missed this opportunity, and questioning if we were the ones being played for ten years. Downvote away.
Have you been asleep since Jan 1, 2026? We are definitely in the "Flood" portion of the Q program. I'm not convinced there's going to be a government at all (in the way we currently understand the term) by Nov., much less a "midterm" we need to worry about.
No, I’m wide awake, but like it or not, this place is a Q echo chamber. People that I think are paying attention have absolutely no clue what is going on behind the scenes. I spend a lot of time trying to wake people up. I said this in another post, but I feel a lot like Linus trying to convince people that the Great Pumpkin is real. No one in my life wants to be around me anymore because I can’t pretend not to know what I know. It’s hard to be completely alone in my daily life. It’s both a blessing and a curse to be awake.
I spent the first couple years of my Awakening trying to convince people that "reality" is a fabrication; that we live in the Matrix. I had some success, but only if I did it with tiny pieces of information; stuff that wouldn't work in a broader scope. As more and more shit came out (the "drips"), more and more Awakening happened. In some cases, some are now very much aware of the fraud. That only worked because I didn't throw everything all at once.
I am able to do that because of my previous failures (MANY failures). But it wasn't just the piece meal approach, it's all the corroborating evidence, dolled out in real time.
Our job is to be patient. Our job is to give little pieces, IGNORING the larger picture, until people are themselves asking the right questions. Even then, you need to be careful in "disclosure." A person can only handle what they can handle. One piece at a time.
That was the purpose of the "drip, drip, drip" portion of Q. And now we are on "flood." Your fear that "midterms" are a worry completely misses what is actually going on.

If we have anything to worry about with midterms, it is because it's part of The Show.

sounds reasonable; conservative justices (& I’m not including Chief J. Roberts in this) have a few different approaches to addressing issues & interpreting statutes.
Formalism, like just going by what the text of the law says, purpovism isn’t exactly the term but it conveys some juudges method at looking at what the purpose of the statute is, Congress’s intent on passing the particular bill that became law.
here, J. Gorsuch can vote in a way that backs up your post, while J. Thomas, Alito, and the 3rd dissent keep to their principles ofinterpretation.
Kavanaugh is the other dissent in the trio. In several dissenting opinions he has written, he spells out remedies - giving Trump a path forward legally.

Kavanaugh is a good legal mind. So far, to me, has has been the best of Trump's picks. I just wish he would have went with the FL judge he was looking at instead of ACB. Methuselah in the Senate threatened to block Trump' pick of the FL judge. So, ACB was the compromise. She is good on society types of issues, but when it comes to decisions that effect business and trade, she is always on the side of big business interests. Strong family ties in that area.
As a side note. Thomas in some of his dissenting opinions has also offered legal remedies. So Kavanaugh is not the only one. They are both very brilliant legal minds.

Can't wait for Thomas to officially be Chief Justice. He should have been there instead of Roberts from the start of Robert's tenure. Even that position was usurped by a traitor controlled by globalists.
yes, he is the one we need as Chief Justice. with the possibility of woke protesters, I am not sure if he eats in the Supreme Court cafeteria, but if you ever are in D.C. on a weekday it might be worth it to try and see if he is there

I agree with the opinion in this substack. The statute was too vague and it was just sitting there waiting to be abused - probably for some green agenda BS as was suggested. Dem administrations have consistently used vague legislative language to create regulations out of thin air, particularly with regards to environmental issues. So two birds were killed with this one stone - cutting off the Dems from further abuse of these poorly written statutes while at the same time continuing to collect tariffs.
Bessent especially, never seemed too concerned about all this. They have said for some time that they had tariff alternatives in the pipeline should IEEPA be rolled back. Yes, it will be a little messy going forward and the lawsuits are already starting to pile up. But, the administration was prepared for that scenario and they are not going to miss a beat.

Great article. None of this was a surprise. He already had/has plan B ready. The left is going to go nuts. However the other sections (laws) that govern his new plan have been used before and they have held up in court.
