I, personally, heard it on Sean Hannity's radio show-years, on a local station as they were dissecting Obama's administration during the early years. That show was speaking about charges being placed back then. I am still waiting.
The problem with arrests and trials in DC is that they'll most likely be acquitted due to crooked judges and juries. I am hopeful about the grand jury in Florida though.

Tulsi Gabbard can't make recommendation to pursue criminal charges. She's an advisor to the President and he already knows.
