If the barcode is not on the ballots, but only on the envelopes, then then can substitute their own fake ballots for the ones you mailed in! This solves nothing!
Once they separate the outer envelope from the ballot, there's no connecting them back together.
How is Lutnick in charge of this? and This doesn't prevent 'harvesting' by requesting absentee ballots for the hundreds of thousands of institutionalized citizens who might have had no intention of voting (Nursing Homes and not able to decide for themselves, Prisons (eligibility varies by state), other institutions, etc.)

I don't know about this... I do know a few people who work for and are retired from the USPS . They are the most liberal, Equity biased, TDS infected people I ever met... In Florida the barcode is on the ballot and the envelope. The envelope mailed out and the one you mail it back in and it must match the ballot.
True. But is that accurate? Do we know if there is no corresponding bar code on the mailing, the ballot, and the mail-back envelope?

Mail in voting and absentee voting are two different things even though an absentee vote is mailed in.
