President Trump on Tuesday evening announced a double-sided ceasefire and agreed to suspend his planned military strikes on Iran after speaking with the Pakistani Prime Minister.
Note that Iran and the US are mentioned, and the mediator, Pakistan, but not Israel.

Honestly kinda think this makes us look weak, or that they successfully called our bluff.
They've had 47 years, but 2 more weeks to flatten the curve!
But then again I should probably enjoy the president going for the diplomatic approach.

I meant from a negotiating standpoint, intended targets withstanding. That weakness is empty threats followed by inaction under pressure. Would us acquiescing to Iran's last minute proposal be viewed as us having made empty threats and therefore lose our posture. I wasn't sitting here cheering for civilian deaths like you claim.
I read your edit, and yup, it's a victory. He literally got the Islamic regime to call for LITERAL human shields outside power stations and on bridges. They collapsed their own denials they use human shields in the name of Islam.

Iran and Pakistan need 2 more weeks to bring in some Chyna military tech through their backdoor supply avenues to keep fighting and keep up their terroristic activities. The City of London insisted on 2 more weeks probably. The largest Muslim emigrants that has taken over UK come from...PAKISTAN.

It's another one of those "only at the precipice" moments. It may be a movie but the suspense is very real. We proved a couple things:

Looks like Iranian IRGC is going to violate the cease fire right away. Reports are that UAE was just intercepting Iranian drones an hour past the cease fire time. Maybe miscommunication, or may be deliberate.
We'll see what tomorrow brings. One thing we all know is that Islamic hardliners can bust a deal and continue the aggression if they choose. The Iranian Council isn't in a position to stop it.

As while it seems like the Civilian Government may desire negotiations. The IRGC may not.
Edit:Appears to be far flung units still doing the bulk of the launches with Israeli retaliations. The Iranians are allegedly trying to speed up contacting said units. Which is complicated by their decentralized command structure they switched over to.
I hope there is something to prevent the slaughter of the Iranian people. Anyone advocating for a premature end to this is enabling slaughter like we've never seen. In this case, it is not a moral position.
Agreed. Rather than giving weapons to the Kurds to give to the Iranian citizens, we should just provide the weapons directly to the citizens ourselves. Why use middlemen? Everyone knows they are coming from us anyway.
Which then brings us to the ongoing barrages fired by Israel.
I'm having difficulty understanding the strategic advantage of a ceasefire if our objective is regime change.
And regime change should be our objective. The future has no place for Islamic Theocracies.
We have had several regime changes so far, and I expect that to continue until we find one that wants to play ball like Venezuela.
I consider this scenario. Trump and other world leaders having secret comms to allow the weeds to grow faster.

I don't think we have had a ceasefire yet. Even though Israel is involved, this isn't Israel vs Gaza yet. This is the first ceasefire. I assume that if the Straight of Hormuz is not opened and the ceasefire does not hold, Iran's going to get hit harder than we've ever seen before.
Some people think Trump is a wimp, but look at what he has done in a month.
Are you being obtuse on purpose? Does America not have satellites covering the entire earth, and able to watch and track all inbound and outbound traffic to these countries?
We do. But this is far from the first time we’ve had negotiations with them. Negotiations that ultimately didn’t accomplish much. Hence why we started bombing them in the first place.
It’s a fair question to ask on whether this will actually go anywhere or if it’s just a temporary pause. Before things resume from where we just left off.
