it's absurd. Everyone votes for their president, and then somebody decides for them to subvert their vote to the most popular one, as decided by OTHER states, anyway.
It's unconstitutional, and needs to be struck down immediatement, before the next election.
I think the SCOTUS will way over rule this abashedly unconstitutional law. It flys in the face of what this country was founded on. She needs to be removed from office.

Yes, each state gets to conduct their own elections, but the states work under constitutional limitations. Outsourcing the representation of voters to any source outside the state is unfair to all other states.
SCOTUS has already ruled this unconstitutional.

This is laughable and two counts:
First, it’s a case of blue states trying to circumvent the constitution without amending it
Second, the Dems are assuming they’ll always win the popular vote.
Yup, however:
Unconstitutional - they don't care
Assumes Dems will always win the popular vote - elections are rigged, so they WILL (cheat to) always "win" the popular vote unless elections are fixed
They're basically saying, "This is how communists run things and this is what we'll institute everywhere after(/if ever) we seize control. In the meantime, you're gonna have to sue us to MAKE us do it your way. Nah , nah, nah, nah, nah, nah!"

Just like her redistricting plan, this law is to silence ALL of Virginias rural counties and leave the State to the whim of Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William Richmond, and Charlottesville. Looks like Langley is going to get what they paid for, A blue Virginia in perpetuity.

Calirado did this a couple few years ago. A bunch of states have this illegal law in place.
