I read to start with 1/16th teaspoon, but I just put a "pinch" in my liter water bottle for about a week. Then 2 the next week until I'd just pour a little in. Too much it would taste a little soap like. After a month I realized my knees didn't hurt anymore and haven't since unless I get dehydrated for a couple days. It's supposed to help boost testosterone as well.
Flintstone's style FTW. For reals though, I feel your pain. My greater yard area is appx 14 acres. My sinus are figuratively HEPA filters at this point kek.
We have been eating dandelions off our 3 acres for a few years now!!! I make dandelion cookies (Cookies are my weakness) and when the dandelions go to seed, we make sure to blow them all over the yard for next year. Also look up "pineapple weed". We have it all over our yard and eat that too. It's in asphalt cracks in playgrounds and sidewalks all over the place!!!
Dandelion and Burdock was a great drink in the UK when I was knee high to a whippet, very popular. These days its a drink for urban sophisticates at an unrealistic price.
I always delay the removal of dandelions cause it helped the local bee population early spring. Seems like there is more a reason to pull them after they're done in the summer.
Guess what I'll be doing next? I have grabbed so many dandelion roots before and dried them. Grind them up and put in coffee. LOL

Throw in a pinch of Borax while you’re at it to keep the arthritis away too.
Boric acid from Florida labs fixed my knee pain.
Can you expand on how you ingested it and what dosage you used?

Thanks fren. I’m gonna give it a try.
Borax? I use that for washing my laundry.
From non fertilized or otherwise treated soil hopefully?
No. I don't do anything to my soil. I just mow the lawn and weed.
mmmm.... Lemon grass Coffee.
Maybe switch to tea ?
Lemongrass essential oil? Smell nice.
I always knew I should've been mowing my lawn with my teeth.
That explains why I'm cancer free, I sneezed it all out.

Even meet (meat ?) an Old Goat with cancer ?
Howls.
My wife cooks with lemongrass. It's a wonderful spice for meats and sauces.
It's a very good herbs to use in soup also.
I don’t know if the dandelion used in herbal coffees has any benefit but it does taste pretty good and cut down on caffeine.
I use Dandi Blend for coffee.
It does… supplements can work like Lasix for about two weeks before the tolerance and a break is needed.
We knew the democrats were like a cancer on society...
Now, cancer is like the democrats:
Ready and willing to kill millions of us, formerly super powerful and scary, now getting relentlessly beaten from all directions
Amen.
Maybe that's why we used to see yards full of dandelions growing... but these days there are tons of lawn weed sprays to eliminate dandelions.
Incidentally, bees thrive where dandelions are around. The same lawn chemicals that destroy dandelions and other "weeds" also destroys the bees.
Only problem with dandelion is they spread quickly.

Oh. I know about them. They are very fragrant, am I right?
"Pineapple weed" were everywhere in Oregon and Washington.
Dandelions treat cancer.
Spray 'em with Roundup, which causes cancer.
I don't spray. I have dogs.

I used both of these for skin irritation. They are good for that also. I used to get very itchy every spring because of bugs. Those were great stuff.
I drink dandelion root extract with my coffee.
Got to grab some lemongrass for my tea!
Amen. Smart.

Get the roots in the fall.
Thank you for the heads up on that. Probably keep the lawn cleared of them, but the gardens can stay with them.
