You can probably count the number of printing companies that can handle a run of 30,000 ballots in a few hours turnaround on the fingers of one hand.
All you have to do then is look at the paper order manifests at those companies.
Did any of them order a significant quantity of that particular wrong type of paper before the 2020 election?
Now you will be down to just one printing company.
