If the team moves forward with this plan, they should very carefully explain in great detail to residents of Chicago how difficult the local and state governments made it for them to operate. Chicagoans might feel a sense of betrayal, but the team needs to turn that hostile feeling toward the people who made the decision necessary.
You are MOST Welcome!!!! It seems that the teams/sports we grew up with are dwindling due to the massive overhead of keeping the "old" thangs alive, I would think!!!!!!
The Communists would have confiscated the Chicago Bears! And ruined the franchise and taken too much money out for it to be viable. The stadium would crumble.
Look at the DDR, East Germany! The most prosperous of all the Soviets conquests! They survived for decades on the physical plant they inherited from the past German industry! Like Zeiss, so many other premier firms. The infrastructure was RUINED under Communist rule! They fell because they had USED UP the capital stock without maintaining it! Roads going to ruin, etc. There was nothing left for them to consume -- of other peoples money! and capital stock they conviscated.
For the non-sportsball people here please allow me to explain cause this IMO is HUGE in sports world: Soldier Field where Chicago plays now is the oldest stadium in the NFL, opened in 1924. They've been playing there longer than I've been alive (they started there in 1971 and I'm a Bicentennial baby) It is also the smallest stadium at 61,500 capacity, there are college football stadiums that hold more than that, some that hold over 100k. It's going to be a very sad day for football fans who have grown up watching DA BEARS in Solder Field when it no longer rocks on Sundays and to see their team leave the state? even worse.
And the new soldier field absolutely sucks. It looks like a spaceship on top of a beautiful historic structure that should have never happened. It takes four hours to drive two miles to get to a game. It’s absolutely awful and some seats are so high up you can’t even see the field very well. It’s a horrible design for spectators.
Not that I support Chicago politicians because I think they are all crooks...
BUT don't believe those team owners for one moment when they cry poor.
My brother (a massive idiot in this one area I think) has season tickets to the Bear games. These cost a lot. And they are not easy to get. From what he told me there was a lottery system and you had to win the right to buy these season tickets.
Now obviously, if they have to have a lottery to allow crazy people to spend enormous amounts to freeze their butts off to watch a sportball game -- they are not hurting one bit.
BOO! HOO! They can't get a larger stadium so that they can get even more crazy people to give them enormous sums to freeze their butts off? Oh those poor team owners! One less new yacht on Lake Michigan this summer! My heart bleeds peanut butter for them.
So they are running away to Indiana! Well...fans of the Chicago Bears-- if the team doesn't care about you -- why do you care about them?
CHI-Town couldn’t find enough people in-on the-take to give up a percent or two to fund a new stadium (the crooks could not agree on how to split the pie and ain’t nobody giving up a crumb).
Or, they just decided other (corrupt) avenues are more lucrative.

You could explain it with a Dr. Seuss story, and they still wouldn't believe it or care.
You can tax our field and tax our pay.
and tax the jerseys we bought today.
.
The debt you made is why you tax.
Our moving bags already packed.
.
You see the ass of our moving trucks.
I see your tears and don't give a fuck.
.
You didn't listen when you were told.
To another state for gridiron gold.
.
You thought we were forever yours
You treated us like 2-bit whores.
.
As we leave here's food for thought.
We hope you choke on a bag of Cocks.
idk man… we’re talking about footy here
AND YOU TNBanjoMan have made a VERY SOLID POINT!!!!! Was thinking along the same lines and yours is better!!!!!!!
Tango Yankee for keeping the synopses between the braiin cells moving!!!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Thank you for saying that.

Team officials doing that may end up with a permanent meeting with Charlie Kirk and Abraham Lincoln.
This is blue policies coming back to severely bite them.
Indiana’s GOP Governor is predictably ecstatic!
Exactly what happens when you destroy your city from within.
DID SOMEBODY SAY FAFO?!

Why is he furious to see evil millionaire capitalists leaving??
"We don't want no stinkin' evil millionaire capitalists!"
Because socialism only works when you have other people's money. Ironic, isn't it?

That's pretty interesting. I had never thought about that before.
Go Hammond!

Was waiting for someone to say Da bears..
Hey at least you still have the Cubbies

Now if only Indiana acted like a red state...
Good for them.
Maybe some tards will wake up.
...based bears...

He'll just blame Trump & racism, but so what? Those doofs in Illinois, especially Chicago, voted for this crap.
Sad day. Can't blame them, though.
Da Hoosiers!
Music too my ears
BEAR DOWN!
I imagine the state income taxes are a major reason for the move. Hard to attract talent when the state takes a large chunk of youre pay packet.
CHI town got a lot too much corrupted. 😂 They still thought the people that don't break laws and pay their taxes WOULDN'T NOTICE?!! Hahahahahahaha!!!
My analysis:

So two teams in Indiana?
