Probably so that they would let their guard down, they were laughing at POTUS and all of us, thinking they had all of us fooled. I still can't rule out that Wray was a plant playing a role. But no doubt the "Kansas" comment by Q was designed to create a false sense of security for Pompeo (and others). I hope we get the definitive answer on Wray someday.
Q did remind us multiple times that there were a lot of eyes on Q drops and that deception was necessary.

Thank you for the reminder. I just call 'em as I see 'em and I've always felt Kansas was Pompeo. I feel sorry for President Trump because both of his administration's were filled with black hats.
