If the Democrats cannot show Joe Biden to be alive, then they may have just made Trump President as C-I-C (or holder of this authority) likely inherits the President role under COG/Devolution. Death of the President is likely a circumstance that can force callback of C-I-C devolved authority from Combatant Commanders to Trump. Has this happened? Symington would remain in the Senate, and succeed in passing an amendment to the Nuclear Non Proliferation Treaty in the 1970's that prohibits the US from giving foreign aid to any government found in violation of the treaty. It has yet to be enforced against Israel.
It is awfully convenient that Trump doesn't have to be the one in office while the Israeli Deep State implodes on the world stage. Hillary and the DNC learned from 2016 election that electronic election fraud was no longer a reliable election fraud tool and changed their technique.

The ironic thing is, according to the Newsweek article, Obama signed the Devolution policy thinking she would never lose, knowing our future included a nuclear war with Russia.
In July 2016, Barack Obama signed the classified Presidential Policy Directive 40 on "National Continuity Policy," establishing "essential functions" that government agencies were tasked to protect and retain. At the highest level were the National Essential Functions, those that posit "the continued functioning" of government under the Constitution. In order to preserve Constitutional rule, agencies were ordered to have not just a line of succession but also one of "devolution," a duplicate chain of individuals secreted outside Washington available in a catastrophic emergency. Federal Continuity Directive 1, issued just days before Donald Trump became president, says that devolution has to establish "procedures to transfer statutory authority and responsibilities" to this secondary designated staff to sustain essential functions.
