A law stating this was bought in just after WW2 and in the UK just before the war started.

Just before cancer rates exploded too. Hmmm. 🤔

You know you have great mods when you can take the piss out of them, and get away with. Like other anons, they can laugh at themselves.

Case in point, top comment, from me...

I'm not banned, yet. Kek.

Cheers mods! Keep up the great work!

If I have learned one thing from being an anon it's that you never underestimate a small group with a bone to pick and a legitimate gripe.

It reminds of a story of a king who was having problems with a neighbor and asked an ally to send 500 troops to help. The ally sent 5. When questioned he responded, "You asked me for 500 sheep, I have sent you 5 lions."

Don't be so sure. TPTB know about the EMP dangers, and how to fix it.

Question is, if they had a choice between protecting public power grids or protecting killer robots which would they choose?

It is a very interesting rabbit hole indeed. Deep as well.

Nutshell version: "Peer review" only really became a thing a few decades ago, but it was a long time coming. If you do real science it doesn't count unless the system "reviews" it. That angle keeps real science down by refusing to review it. The other side of the coin is they can push bullshit thru and it has the illusion of quality. Most peer reviewed studies cannot be replicated which is a major, though whispered, scandal in academia.

Consider the Wright brothers....

Everyone in the world knew heavier than air flight was impossible. Arrogant fools ridiculed, or pitied, anyone who worked on it. The bros DGAF. After the first flight at Kitty Hawk the system continued to make fun of them, for five years, before admitting that heavier than air flight was possible. They never apologized or admitted being wrong at any time. Instead it was "Ohh, that heavier than air flight, oh yeah, we knew that." Kek.

I'm sure if the bros gave a half a fuck they could have went down to the local UNI and proposed an experiment.... "In my right hand I have a bag of air! In my left hand I have a bag of ducks. Now, why don't you get your larger scales and tell me which bag is heavier, you fucking prats!" They didn't because they DGAF. If the thrust:drag ratio and lift:weight ratios are correct, the plane flies. Period. No "scientific consensus" required.

Consider medicine....

They knew about pine needle tea (vitamin C) curing scurvy (learned it from the native healers in the "new world") but dismissed it as witchcraft/alt-medicine and kept throwing mercury over themselves and using leaches to cure treat disease. It took 30 years to get oranges on boats.

When the death rate in pregnancy was almost 70% nurses suggested maybe the docs should wash their hands in between autopsies and deliveries but it was dismissed as "wives tales" for 20 years. 20 years of unnecessary death because the system becomes a thing of it's own and has a hard/impossible time admitting fault.

Consider aviation again... This one is good...

Now add that it isn't only the swollen egos of mediocre midwits masquerading as intellectuals; there is big money involved too.

Real, often cheap, solutions are shackled whilst profitable bullshit makes headlines. The former group of thinkers are crushed and bankrupted, the later celebrated and funded in perpetuity.

The problem of confirmation bias combined with egos large enough to induce a gravitation field has infected everything. Medicine, building, energy, farming, everything.

"Arrogance is a weed that only grows in small minds."

I read a story recently where a diver found a shipwreck full of gold.

TPTB wanted to seize it of course but the guy wouldn't tell them where it was. They threw him in jail but he still refused, for 10 years!

I think he got out very recently. I would bet he has his own dedicated satellite following him around 24/7, in case he goes to grab some gold. That's probably why they let him out. Kek.

Circuit Judge Margaret McKeown and 26 other judges denounced VanDyke’s language as “vulgar barroom talk.”

Since when is “vulgar barroom talk” worse than obscene bathroom behavior?

Reminds me of when the school boards put filth in a kids' library and act disgusted and horrified when a parent quotes said filth in a school board meeting.

Well done Anon. Some version of this may well work for the upper leadership. I would guess this is pretty close actually. It would have to be, if it was to work flawlessly.

However, the cabal could consist of millions of "full patch" members. If you include the "hang-arounds" and henchmen types we could be talking about 10's of millions worldwide.

That's where I think the "they won't be able to walk down the street" thing might come in...

If they did your plan and then at the end of it, when people were united and ready, published the full cabal list with names, pictures, numbers, addresses, etc. and set a bounty for them all. Different amounts, depending on rank, dead or alive.

"They will fight, but you are ready." makes sense that way too.

Now THAT would be a finale that would be remembered for 10,000 years.

Edit: That could explain "suicide weekend" too. If the leadership was gone many might take the easy way out 10 seconds after the list went public.

Difference #1,754,536 between left and right....

We can genuinely laugh at ourselves.

That was fully hilarious! I watched it three times.

I can't imagine how someone could visit India and then say "you know what, we should let these folks make our medicines."

I wouldn't drink a cup of coffee in India.
