Some of the comments are really funny:

Dang. Looks awful. I'd take away her makeup and give her leather conditioner instead. Hang her on a hook in the tack room at night...

Your comment is hateful to Downs Syndrome people, who have the warmth and intelligence of a golden retriever. On the other hand, I think she (it) has Clown's 🤡🤡

They name 6 more banks at the end of the article...

Bank Leumi (Hebrew: בנק לאומי, lit. National Bank; Arabic: بنك لئومي) is an Israeli bank. It was founded on February 27, 1902, in Jaffa as the Anglo Palestine Company as subsidiary of the Jewish Colonial Trust (Jüdische Kolonialbank) Limited[3]: p.19  formed before in London by members of the Zionist movement to promote the industry, construction, agriculture, and infrastructure of the land hoped to ultimately become Israel. Today, Bank Leumi is Israel's largest bank (by total assets as of 2015), with overseas offices in Luxembourg,[4] US, Switzerland, the UK, Mexico, Uruguay, Romania, Jersey, and China.[5]

Though nationalized in 1981, now Bank Leumi is mainly in private hands, with the government as the largest single shareholder, with 14.8% of the stock (as of June 2006). The other major shareholders are Shlomo Eliyahu and Branea Invest, which each hold 10% of the stock, constituting the control core of the bank. Sixty percent of the bank's stocks are held by the public and traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

I see it as recommending reporting elder abuse and improper care of the elderly.

If banks were merely a box in which people store their assets, there would be no issue in taking back your property from the box, just like if you check your coat at a restaurant or club, you wouldn't expect the restaurant/club to go bankrupt if everyone wanted their own property back at the end of the evening.

Пожилым is the dative case plural form of elderly (adjective). людям is the dative case form for people. The dative case can be used for giving things and direction of something. Other times it simply has a specific abstract grammatical usage. Any of you guys familiar with Spanish will know the verb dar--to give. I think in English grammar the indirect object has same relation to the objects in the dative case. Attention is towards someone/something кому/чему. So it means:

It is important to give attention to elderly people.

ПOзBohи is actually позвони, which is the perfective command form of the verb позвоинть-- to call.

Call right now

My Russian is good enough to converse while driving, shift gears manually, and listen to Waze navigator in Russian, but by no means am I fluent, because I didn't start learning until I was about 35😎

If the Ukrainian military was capable of accidentally killing a farmer in Poland with an errant missile, they certainly could shoot down an airliner with similar colors to that of the Russian President's.

S(he)'s got a really deep voice. There is either something masculine here, or she has been drinking so much alcohol she damaged her vocal cords.

Who uses "in concert" other than a lawyer?

What is the presumption of acting in concert? (UK law)

A person and each of its affiliated persons will be deemed to be acting in concert with each other. The Code also presumes that certain categories of person will be acting in concert unless the contrary is shown.

What does concert mean in law? (Merriam-Webster)

: a rule in criminal law that holds an aider and abettor liable for commission of a criminal act by the principal. Note: Concert of action does not apply where the crime requires more than one person for its commission.

This morning I saw a video clip of her taking testimony about the Twitter Files (I think it was Shellenberg or Taibbi). She has an unnaturally deep voice for a woman!

Post Turtle -- The joke

An old Rancher is talking about politics with a young man from the city. He compares a politician to a "post turtle." The young man doesn't understand and asks him what a post turtle is.

The old man says, "When you're driving down a country road and you see a fence post with a turtle balanced on top, that's a post turtle. You know he didn't get up there by himself. He doesn't belong there; you wonder who put him there; he can't get anything done while he's up there; and you just want to help the poor thing down."

Congress people took an oath of office, but when did they take an oath not to lie? Usually the oath to be truthful is taken by a witness that testifies before a court, administrative body, or congressional committee.

https://ublockorigin.com/ uBlock Origin - Free, open-source ad content blocker.

For Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera

My point is that these websites depend on ad revenue. If they don't strongly moderate and trample free speech, their ad revenue can be cut.

They can be really sensitive about ad revenue. I guess there are people out there that have never installed uBlockOrigin.
