Yep 💯 We were wondering how Amazon gets away with hiring so many non citizens who may or may not be legal here and we figured out they must go through a 3rd party broker for hiring -include truck drivers and the trucks- to avoid legalities. For example, most of the Amazon packages that come my way daily are delivered by non-English speaking people, which made me question how they were able to be here without being able to speak English. They musta been here in the country only recently and how did they get here and got their work permit?
We have a huge Amazon building in my town, plus the delivery companies for Amazon, and I see the people going to work at Amazon at the bus stop and the delivery truck drivers.. you know what I’m going to say next lol
none of them are white or Americans.. many look like they’re fresh off the boat. So I think laying off these people means they can’t find enough Americans to work because of gentrification and Americans can’t afford the rents or buy house (property tax is sky high) and they’re building these apartments for illegals and section8 and I see those hijab women walking around.. my town did it to get the fundings if below poverty level or some shit.. they’re really playing the system here.

I don't put hope in humanity anymore.. everyone at my work, including my boss, are triple and quadrupled jabbed and boosted... gotta invest where it counts and protect yourself however you can.

Inflation, fren.. nobody has the EXTRA money to buy non-essential products, that's it.
The only thing you'll fork out of your wallet right now is day to day needs, medicines, food, but non-essential stuff..forget it. Everyone's in debt in general, and this additional blow just stops everyone from shopping. Even the malls are empty!
Economy just sucks lately for consumers. I know this because I work indirectly for Amazon and sales have dropped 50%. I don't even know if I'll have a job next year. People can't afford to buy non essential items when groceries, fuel is up so much. Its just the reality right now. Nobody has extra money to buy anything else!
When economy was good, when we got stimulus checks, business was up. We were getting hundreds of orders per day. Now, it's less than 40 a day. Go figure,

Lately they beat USPS on rates and we've been using them alot.
I think in general people are purchasing much less online. I'm disappointed but not surprised because groceries and fuel alone cost so much I think people are spending less on unnecessary items. I really hope golden era will include fixing the inflation and some stimulus checks would be nice. I hate to say this but it's what drives the economy.
i love animals , feed the 5 squirrels in my backyard till they're lazy and fat, then a skunk family moved in, groundhog moved in too.. and then possums..lots of birds.. boy, but bug, insects, spiders I still kill them :(

LOL.. ok.. we'd be in Walking Dead if it lasts till 2027. Hmm.. well for the sake of the country I hope not. As much as I'd love to see an apocalypse I'm not that twisted to want to see people suffer. I want the Golden Age, I want people to wake up, I want us to be happy and praising God together.
