During occupancy, if the tenant has an issue, and it is ignored by the landlord, then they should be able to get an inspection organised.
If the landlord suspects damages have been done by the tenant, there is an existing legal process.

As an Irish Catholic, I am struggling to see you concerns. The majority of us have a secular attitude when it comes to our politics, while still being devoted to Christ and his message.
