They're using multiple methods of transportation, including ambulances. There are tunnels everywhere - perhaps there are underground tunnels connected directly to the hospitals. I realize it sounds like something out of science fiction, but we've been shown time and time again that our doctors and even nurses are in on it.
I'd like to locate a source for this, but I heard that some folks were stopped and/or arrested for following ambulances. Where do they go, really?
