Fake news. Switching back would save a hell of a lot more than 15%

Seriously. NJ was out of complete left field. It shows how pissed off people are.

Technically its not unless you work for a medical provider. HIPPA only applies to them.

Most companies are allowing a "elect not to disclose" that will be treated as unvaccinated response.

Either way, it's better to get fired over refusing the vaccine instead of refusing to disclose. You have a way better court case (especially if you push religious/medical discrimination) over the vaccine mandate versus the "disclosure" mandate.

I think the "Go... you know the thing" was even better. Especially since it's a direct quote.

Abbott still needs to call a fourth special session to ban vax mandates. His EO is a complete joke. I feel like he's trying to distract away from this topic.

I mean, everyone just wants Brandon to go.

But there are poll watchers this time focused on mail-in ballots.

Just don't listen to them when they say to evacuate due to a toilet overflowing.

Abbott, your turn. Call a fourth special session. Your "vaccine mandate ban" that imposes a $1K fine is a complete joke, we need real legislature.

I was walking in a grocery store not wearing a mask, walked past some dude wearing a mask. He looked at me, took off his mask, and said to me "i'm sick of this bullshit".

Sometimes all it takes is a little inspiration from others.

Except they are still doing it through a stealth mandate (charging employees more each month for healthcare and punitive testing requirements)

You can also file for religious exemption against the test as well.

And its discriminatory. It's a complete load of crap given that the CDC's stated themselves that the vaccine does nothing to prevent or even reduce the spread of COVID. It's a purely punitive measure designed to punish you and manipulate the statistics saying "all the unvaxed are getting covid, because thats who is being forced to take the test and is getting false positives". The tests will only be used against you and to spread more fear.

So far I haven't been able to find it. Looks to be a disinformation campaign to try to discredit people opposing the vax mandates.

There is a TON of evidence to point to to oppose these vax mandates, we shouldn't be falling for crap that will be used against us.

Any source for Chinese students being exempt? I believe it, but would like a source if you have.

A few days before the flight he was known to have received the second vaccination.

So in otherwords the news will report he died because he wasn't "fully vaccinated". Which is why they always count two weeks so they can pump up the vaccination numbers. Truly evil people.

It's not officially in any federal law. And even if it does, state law still overrides it. You are mistaken that federal law supersedes state law. That's what the 10th amendment is all about. Most people don't realize that the states have way more authority in this country.

As far as your question goes as to what has officially been released:

Biden gave an EO on Sep 9th. The EO states that there will be a task force established ("Safer Federal Workforce") that will work on establishing "guidance". It then directs federal agencies to put contractual language requiring the contractor to comply with the Safer Federal Workforce Guidance. The EO can be found: https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/presidential-actions/2021/09/09/executive-order-on-ensuring-adequate-covid-safety-protocols-for-federal-contractors/

Safer Federal Workforce Guidance put out guidance basically saying all contractors needed to be fully vaccinated by Dec 8th: https://www.saferfederalworkforce.gov/downloads/Draft%20contractor%20guidance%20doc_20210922.pdf

The "guidance" states it overrides state law, but that is in direct conflict with the 10th amendment which gives this authority to State Law.

It'll be challenged in the courts, but the problem is since its not technically law it can't be brought to court. It'll probably happen when the clauses come out and companies start suing the federal government.
