That is not quite how it works. You don't make a plea bargain and then drag out "some" names. When you sign a plea agreement you agree to answer any and all questions honestly. You do not partially feed the beast, you give yourself over to it totally. If you are discovered in the slightest lie or withholding of information the whole deal is off. They get to use the information you have provided and you get nothing.

A plea deal depends entirely on how much the prosecutor values the evidence potentially offered by the defendant. Until proven otherwise, I'm suspecting that value is not very high because that path leads to the big boys. It is seldom to a prosecutor's advantage to go down those kinds of paths.
