And the reason they will pay for the elderly Medicaid patients? They WILL recoup from the estate and sell assets when the elder on Medicaid dies!
But if you are on Medicare only, not Medi-Cal, there is no compensation for relatives that assist their elderly relatives. It’s all a big scam.

Free the Doctors! Healthcare can’t be great unless Doctors can make independent decisions for each patient. Protocols and most approval levels must be removed. Patients used to pay MD’s directly and it was so much cheaper. Insurance wasn’t needed or used except for expensive emergency or hospital visits. Personal care, private and confidential is best. And why does everyone need to have access to our personal medical information? I want my privacy! Make Independent Doctors Great Again!
