Well it seemed in the past that they did follow the law…but after they froze the bank accounts of people who donated to the truckers…THAT was the day that changed everything.
Not because they never did shady shit …but because it was the first time their criminality broke wide open the collective consciousness of Canadians.
In my neck of the Canadian Woods….our power companies can NOT shut off heat in the winter. It’s against the law.
Many poor people..usually single moms and their kids would freeze.
Can’t remember when the law was changed to enforce this, but it’s a thing up here.
