My daughter goes boating/ swimming with her inlaws on weekends. She was just today telling me that they aren't sure where they can go this weekend, because the last handful of lakes they visited were making the kids sick. One had something on the water which my daughter described as looking like transmission fluid, in such an amount that there was no place to put a person in it safely at all. Nebraska. This has never been an issue as far as I'm aware.

This right here. It'll be the late bloomers who will have the best hope getting the message across.

My daughter used to dress like the first ones. But my husband kept calling her an Emu in front of her friends. She fixed it right quick. Sometimes public humiliation is the right juice.

When the twins were two, they made a diaper mural in their room that resembled fjb

Yeah for us, it was horse paste, lots of otc stuff, and for the asthmatics, a rescue inhaler was needed.

Quite literally, the tests are worthless. Nurses and lab rats at the hospital where I worked were using them on random objects and getting positives.

Well if it is, try to keep adults distanced from it. As bad as it was on our little ones, the adults were much worse. I personally ended up with busted ribs from the cough.

Could it be rsv? That shit is nasty on kids. High fever/respiratory.

Prayers from us to you and mom.

Also: vertigo was the number 1 complaint my husband had a couple months before several ischemic strokes. Vertigo was one of the rather neglected symptoms he had of TIA before the acute strokes. Just a thought, but I think worth checking it out. There may be something they can do to prevent an acute event if it's pointed out early on. His docs early on blamed it on his ears too, but it wasn't. Best wishes.
