I combined keto with intermittent fasting, I had an 8 hour feeding window. I got shredded incredibly quick, but getting fat adapted the first 2 weeks did suck, ya gotta power through and not cave. I got down to about 7% body fat just to see how far I could push it, but my workouts were GRUELING lol, and I had to do carb refeeds to dip that low! But keto is amazing, I use it mainly to cut before photoshoots. My diet is technically not keto since I do eat carbs, but I eat all my carbs around my workouts, so that my body is forced to use fat as an energy source when not lifting, I think I'm more of on a TKD, or targeted keto diet.
I eat nothing but high fat steak and eggs for the majority of my diet with carb load days while bulking. Got me to 205 pounds 9% body fat - lifting is included obviously, but I attribute my physique to my diet which is pretty much cyclical keto. I'm in the best shape of my life, and my diet is 60% fat, my carb intake is only used to refuel my glycogen reserves and insulin sensitivity. Been eating like this for a year now and have no intentions of turning back. Just my experience.

It's pretty cool though, my family all voted Biden, have always been Democrat voters, even though all their values align with what Trump stood for, they just watch way to much TV, and never listened to me, it was frustrating to say the least. Past few months of Biden being in office, my opinion suddenly has alot more weight to it, and they actually ask me my opinion and agree with me on issues now, which I've always held back because I love them and don't want to argue with something I figured they wouldn't see unless they did it for themselves.

I second the keto and IF, I did the same! I dropped down to about 8%. It was tough as fuck after hitting around 10%, I added carb refeed days with whole grains cereals and oats, so I guess im doing more CKD. Also, complete sobriety is probably the number one factor in my fitness change, alcohol destroyed me physically and mentally

I'm trying. I quit eating out, quit drinking soda, cook all my own food, lift everyday, hydrate, and stay faithful to God. Cutting my body fat to sub 10% has dramatically increased my testosterone. I'm 30 now, but feel so much more youthful and energized compared to the past 7 years when I was drinking and smoking habitually, and eating garbage.
When I was in the Army, mitigating risk was always a big thing. Giving people guns that are already confused on who they are with higher suicidal tendencies is something I wouldn't consider very safe at the least. The military shouldn't give a shit about personal identity politics, because the whole reason they fucking Shave new recruits and stuff em in the same uniform is to make everyone work as a team, worrying about your fucking genitalia and pronouns shouldn't be a priority whatsoever.

Last time I was at Costco, I requested the manager when the corporate fascist at the door refused my entry. Manager came, I told him I was leaving as I dont do business with stores who segregate me based on my disability. Was waterboarded in the military, on top other other things that makes me hate any obstruction of air on my face. Also, I hate marxist tampons. Told him he's an ableist bigot, and that it's not very progressive to be a person that hates disabled people. Having a diet high in fat is in my anecdotal opinion great for increasing natural testosterone. Being low in body fat also helps substantially from what I've read in clinical studies.. My fats are mainly from red meats and eggs, and fats are 60% of my daily macros. I shed down to about 8% body fat with all fats and proteins, and less than like 50g of carbs before eating and lifting with the intention of adding lean mass slowly through bulk/recomp cycles. I now eat moderate carbs, but just enough to keep me preforming well athletically. I think doing squats 3x a week, switching from heavy heavy loads at 5x5 to hypertrophy loads at like 3x8 has also substantially helped me as well.
