Won't work. Ever heard of Alaska's "Permanent" Fund? Shall be.. paid out, same language as our Constitution..Shall.. but our crooked people still won a big hand into our fund (which is reimbursement from the state for our mineral rights they took, essentially). You can't trust them. Period.

That's part of what they do. In Alaska, you have to fly or boat into our Capitol (Juneau)(yes, stupid) and they will do business suddenly, when certain people are out of town, weird hours without sufficient time notice, etc. Politics is dirty from top to bottom.
