Depends on the state in which the refusal happens how it is handled. It is complicated and can cost the pharmacy lots of money. The catch 22 involves the ADA. If the patient involved is covered under the ADA. So, in ADA cases, does the pharmacist’s right to decline to provide a legally prescribed medication go out the window?

People are and always have been the problem. They are willing pawns in the game of life in most cases. The people of Australia have the power to shut it all down in a couple of weeks. They and all peoples have the power. It might cause some hardship to go without food for a few days and to get a little dirty.
The dirty secret about human nature. A large portion of people on this planet enjoy being sheep and being told what to do. They are lazy minded and being a sheep absolves them of responsibilities that might require hard work.
Homesteaders living off the grid are free people like our founders. The efforts they spend is to just survive. Everyday is spent improving their living conditions. The majority of people do not want that lifestyle so they compromise freedom for security. They gladly give up their dreams for not having to do the hard work.
Take the Russian people. They survive well by being grey people. Never call attention to yourself and blend in never achieving to much or to little. Make sure your life is unnoticeable. It is not hard work to survive that way. Kind of the lazy mans paradise.

The Patriot Act was a symptom of the problem like a nose running is a symptom of a cold. People just became lazy and distracted and did not fight back when the communists invaded the school system, colleges and media.
I could write on this topic forever. However, in the end we create our own reality in which we chose to live in. There is nothing wrong with it being few people or hundreds. Everyone has experienced belonging and not belonging among people. You might have a close-knit relationship with your family, where you feel you belong at every social gathering. Conversely, you may be the black sheep of your family, and feel you don’t belong at such gatherings.
You see people as your people, or not your people. Everyone is worthy and deserving of using your mindfulness to find and/or create the reality in which you desire to live. When all is said and done you matter, and you belong where you desire to belong.

Self-discipline is freedom. We make ourselves free from laziness and lethargy, freedom from the expectations and demands of others, freedom from weakness and fear — and doubt.
There are sadly some people chose to live in a reality that is built on lies. It eats away at them and they hide it. So they join groups to validate themselves trying to hide from the truth of the reality they have built. They will fight tooth and nail to preserve that reality. They become enslaved to the lie. These people tend to be miserable and want you to be miserable as well.
They have chosen to ignore the anger and sadness that comes with a life built on lies. They certainly will not stick around with truth tellers and try to shut out the voices of truth in their head.

That path or any path is always in a constant battle with the basic human need of wanting to belong. Our hearts desire is to be part of something larger than us. Because this yearning is so primal, we often try to acquire it by fitting in and by seeking approval. It never works and we find ourselves betrayed in our own hearts. Many people just live with the betrayal.
People die everyday from poor choices that are not related to the vax. It is just part of the cycle of life. First and foremost I have no desire to control people and believe people should be free to make their own damn choices good or bad.
They are responsible for the outcomes good or bad. I told everyone how I feel about the vax and they made up their minds to go either way on it. It is their choice to make.
History has its way of repeating and we are in the middle of one of those repeats. Israel was a nation that God chose and blessed. Unlike Israel, Nineveh, was not chosen by but moved toward God during the time of Daniel that found favor with God. They chose at least during Daniel’s time to move toward God.
America from its founding started as a nation that honored God and was blessed for it. You can even read some parallel statements of the Bible and the Constitution. The Declaration of Independence, our birth certificate as a nation, clearly includes God as Creator. These three nations that honored God received blessings that also came with another path.
Moses outlined it when he wrote these words from God. And when the Lord your God brings you into the land that you are entering to take possession of it, you shall set the blessing on Mount Gerizim and the curse on Mount Ebal. “We have a choice of blessings and curses in our individual lives as well as the choices of our nations.
A wise man would seek the blessings. Yet, through time Israel went from wise to foolish. They went from choosing to follow God to following gods; from the blessings to the curses. Nineveh went in the same direction.
We too are witnessing our nation becoming fool hearty and choosing curses instead of blessings. Generations of school children are brainwashed to disengage from God and remove God from America. They are taught to delight in evil and evil ways.
We are making the same mistakes the people of Israel made. There is a choice that the Hebrews were to make. That same choice is for Americans, British, Nigerians, Chinese, Australians, et al, as well. We can choose God and His blessings or we can reject God and be cursed.
The only way forward is to repent and ask God for his favor to be saved as a nation and as a person. God provided the road to take through His son Jesus Christ. None other. We may have men that will point us in the right direction that God will use. If we do not heed God’s warnings then we will end up in the waste bin of history as a nation and deliver our souls to satan.
MY goal every time i see people wearing a mask is to get at least one to ditch theirs. I could write a book on the responses when they felt freedom and threw their mask on the floor. Given the right circumstances everyone wants to be the rebel.

The Colonists for Independence fought England for 7 years. The war for Freedom actually started in 1764. For those 11 years the British continued ratcheting up the pressure on the Colonists in various taxes. Enough had become enough and they entered into a shooting war that concluded in victory.
1783 the British sailed away back to England. Had the colonists accepted their fate at anytime the US may never have been a country. They may have lived the remainder of their lives as sheep to be sheared. There were Patriots that never lived long enough to see George Washington become president of the United States. I may never see Hillary in jail or any of the bad guys. I am still in the fight until the good Lord decides I am not. In the end my enemies will stand before God to be judged and that is enough for me.
In 2016 the GOP covered 25% of the precincts with poll watchers. In 2020 the number increased to 28%. The reason is you need bodies and not enough of voter volunteered to be poll watchers. Nobody considered it a big problem in their area of the world. In this election they covered 93% of the precincts with at least one poll watcher and suspect precincts with 2 poll watchers.

GOP VA put 500 attorneys on the ground and poll watchers used a "SEE something Say something" plan with added communications. Over a 1,000 calls were reported and each was addressed in real time. Fairfax County was stopped in their tracks for recounting about 20,000 ballots. When Democrats told voters they needed a mask to vote which is voter suppression it ended quickly via quick text messages. Had not a poll watcher not been present you may have never heard of these issues.
The steal occurred in the past because the GOP was lax and poll watchers were never properly trained. They never understood how to stand there ground and never had immediate attorney backup.
Keep, in mind the only time to stop a illegal vote is before it is counted. Once counted is too late.
People got off their collective asses and got involved. Historically, the percentage of precincts covered by poll watchers in VA is 25%. In 2020, it was 28% and the GOP could not get enough volunteers to cover more areas.
In this election 93% of the precincts were covered with at least 1 poll watcher. Problem areas had multiple poll watchers. The GOP had 500 attorneys on the ground with contact numbers for a "SEE Something SAY Something" program.

That can happen in every state if people get involved. "Only you can prevent election steals and make elections honest?"

I have lived life with various lifestyles and the simplistic way is the most satisfying. 90% of the stuff you have in your home is unneeded to live a life of freedom and happiness. They programmed you that stuff = happiness's.
Why does it need to be anything in the body? I never made the mistake of drinking alcohol, taking drugs, sodas and careful what I consumed in food. I am 70 years old and on no medications. Great blood pressure and no cholesterol issues.
I am just like everyone else and under a death sentence. The only difference is I care about how death will find me. Free from all drugs to keep me alive or to kill me sooner? Your choice
