Had a customer come in and ask for a mask for her daughter. She was worried someone would say something. I told her don’t worry about it. Only one worker actually cares about customers wearing masks.
Later on I saw the daughter wearing her mothers mask…. So I guess mom didn’t want to wear it anymore
Or the daughter was getting harrassed so mom put it on her and/or daughter was self-conscious being maskless and wanted it. Public school conditioning and mass media propaganda is taking its toll.
Friggin just found out from grocery store tonight that San Diego starts with masks again tomorrow , California state wide ,, I pray the few who don't wear mask now will not comply but honestly about 90 percent wore them with no mandate ,, sigh !
I never complied last time , I made a medical mask exempt badge with laws and codes written on it , very professional , i laminated it and wore on a lanyard ,, the really tough places to get into with guards at doors , I pretended I couldn't speak and pointed to the medical exempt , to this day people think I can't speak in some stores which is fine I don't want to talk to them anyway ! Whatever it takes ! I absolutely refuse but trust me out here they are nuts , honest to God they r still driving alone with masks , ,, I see a lady at her kitchen window doing dishes ,, she lives alone , around 40 to 50 yrs old , she has a friggin mask on , in her house alone , her house is near a canyon I hike ,, I walk by her house and see her nearly every evening at sunset doing I guess dinner dishes with a mask on , it's hard to believe ! The first time I noticed her I literally stood staring at her frozen in time I was so shocked !
Reminds me of when I stopped speaking Spanish to Latinos who came up to me automatically speaking in Spanish when I worked at a Kmart as a teen.
At one point I got fed up and pretended I didn't know Spanish and 2 ladies came in and I kept responding in English and one of them told the other in Spanish, "That's the same person that spoke Spanish to us the other week! He's lying!" But I committed and continued to refuse xD
Haha yeah my family is from the north of Spain so I don't look like what most people think of as Spanish speaker. Tall, White, I get confused for Irish a lot. But the celtic people made their way to that region so you can see why.

I'm in NV and we only had 2-3 weeks last summer when masks were not required and then Sisolak declared that we needed to be muzzled again. 95-99% have complied. At Vons grocery store there (was today) a sign on the door saying masks encouraged. As always, I'm the only one without a mask. These people are truly mind wipe cowards or get the blue pill suppository every time they turn on the TV. Some stores, mostly nail salons but spreading, are displaying their "no access unless you're vaxed" signs. These are the people that would load people onto busses for concentration camps. And they'd do it gladly because they think they're keeping "everyone" safe.

I remember when mask mandates were legally forced upon us in February.
I was disgusted, so on the first day of the lockdown, I went for a walk through my local shopping mall without a mask. People were staring at me like I was a freak. I passed two security guards on patrol (one wearing his mask on his chin) and neither confronted me.
I attempted to walk into a grocery store and was stopped at the entrance and told I wasn't allowed in without a mask... so I left.
I returned the next day and did the same thing, except I saw two other people who weren't wearing masks and when I attempted to enter a different grocery store, I was offered a mask at the entrance and I just politely said, "no thank you" and entered the store and did some shopping without fuss. I visited the other grocery store and was confronted again at the entrance and asked, "do you have a mask?". I answered, "no" on the way in and did some more shopping. The staff were friendly and polite.
Those few people who also refused to wear a mask, gave me strength and resolve.
Within a few days, only half the customers were wearing masks and by the end of the week, the staff at the entrances were gone and only 1/3 of the people were wearing masks.
Similar situation in IL. Fat fuck Pritzker re-instated a mask mandate back in september but even in super lefty areas the compliance is 50-50 or less. I think at this point chicago is the only place in the state where people are still playing the games
