Wouldn't this be a problem for FED since they are the ones that control the value of the dollar through interest rates on the money they lend out? If money returns from being lent out then there will be an even higher amount of money and no more interest payment. Dollar devalues and interest profit stops.

I have realized recently that a dream can have meaning but the dream that you see may not be the actual thing that is going to happen.
I think too many share a dream as what is going to happen but don't wait for the meaning.
One example of this was an individual who had two separate dreams, one was of a tsunami and the other was a massive tornado.
Many will go in and say God showed me a tornado and tsunami that are coming. In reality both of the dreams represented God's glory for His people and not the actual even that was seen.
Look at Revelation where John sees something crazy or unbelievable then asks for the meaning. The thing that the he sees isn't the thing itself but a representation on it.
