Quickly grabs her arms and then they start walking away from the memorial. The scene we see of her getting in van is minutes later, before this Hilary is obviously yelling at the woman and man, it was completely and absolutely obvious she wasn’t leaving because of a seizure or heat or whatever, she was being detained.
