I think there's something to the Q character in the James Bond movies as well. This goes back to at least the 1960's.

No BS I lost 100 lbs. in 9 months doing this:

eat 6-9 eggs for breakfast with some meat; for me it was either bacon, ham, or leftover steak, meatloaf, etc.

drink plenty of water...at least a gallon every day...don't be afraid to mix in coffee or tea to keep your sanity.

go for a walk and actually try to get your heart rate up...don't kill yourself, just challenge yourself and keep going. I'd usually walk twice a day for about 30-45 min. each time.

eat again but make sure it's before 5-7pm...eat whatever you want and have ice cream afterwards if you feel like it.

take your ass to bed and make sure you get plenty of sleep...get up early and repeat.

"The notion that it’s wrong even with a one-year-old is not quite obvious to me,” he luridly claimed."

Unbelievable.

Any time I see that word I know the opposite is true. They need to update their playbook.

They think truckers united are dangerous...they have no idea.

It's like they really are playing their cards all at once, like this is their last stand. Who knows if this is tied to anything else that's been going on recently, but the timing is at least interesting.

Q also told us that:

Disinformation is real. Disinformation is necessary. Disinformation exists and is necessary.

The problem is figuring what is and isn't disinformation.

Exactly. Plus, they already presented all this to various Senate committees, election committees, etc. in several states, only to be eventually shot down by the Supreme Court. They've at least tried.

I couldn't agree more. I'm glad that several states have taken steps to change the laws to protect voting rights, but I just hope it's not too late for those changes to affect the midterms. None of this matters if they can still steal an election the old-fashioned way.

Not only does it rhyme, but there's a rhythm to that rhyme. -Graham Hancock

Because he wants to bring racial equity to America and the world. It's all about propping up the under-privileged communities...right?

Could be...but it is an airport.

Just have him buy Spotify and do a weekly podcast with Joe Rogan. His speeches would get way more views. Everybody wins.

They're really mad because the workers decided for themselves instead of taking marching orders from their dear leader.

Joe Rogan and Doritos should team up somehow. That would really make their blood boil.

Those are all great points. The information warfare game has evolved and we're all playing a part. This is how humanity saves itself.
