Looks legit to me. I travel to Mexico twice a year to get my prescription meds and they are in fact, available at the airport. And the packaging is in Spanish but the advertisements are in English. I have some of the very meds pictured above.

We can't do that in the US because it is the US is who pays for everybody else to get cheap prescriptions. Just like the US pays for all of the green deal bs.
