Maybe we should bring back public stonings.

Something I want to either find or invent is an IP camera that has a battery and can run autonomously/separately from the camera system in case of some form of power or communication disruption, with the ability to dump the footage back on the camera system after communication is restored. Using a starlight sensor, fixing the focus lens, and disabling IR LEDs would make the cameras seem to be off even with relatively close inspection.

my favorite chocolate is Choceur from ALDI. as my old roommate put it, it's more of a good "eating chocolate" than "savoring chocolate" but that's kinda what hersheys tends to do anyway

Hoping to be able to step off of it in the next year or so, but with the state of the world + my chaotic surroundings + my predisposition to de depressed anyway + several family and close friends and pets dying in the last year, I had to get that medicinal crutch. Made me completely sexually dysfunctional for a bit but I backed down one dosage level and all that seems to be working again.

I've seen 5 episodes of Strange New Worlds, and it's honestly really good so far. Feels like Trek; a weird hybrid of TOS and TNG.

Watched Discovery out of curiosity and it was fun scifi but not trek. Haven't seen, and may not see, Picard.

my wife's system can't handle beef or pork, so we've been going through the various fake meats to expand her culinary horizons.

Nothing I've had from beyond tastes any good. It's pretty awful, actually, and it's even worse when reheated.

Impossible beef, on the other hand, is surprisingly decent. If I'm not paying attention, it would pass as cheap beef. Granted, that isn't a super high rating or anything, but it's also 100% not beef lol.

Granted, I don't see her often, but my primary care hasn't brought up the vaxx, even when the push for it was stronger.

I've got sanitizer everywhere, and it's been there since long before covid. Don't touch my Germ-X!
