I worked at this mill many, many times before it was sold to Nippon. It used to be Wheyerhauser paper products. Maybe someone forgot to open the vent? Or the pressure differencial regulator was stuck?

Good for you fren! Why should we, "the consumer" pay for any meter period. It is the utilities property, not mine. If I paid for it I should be able to remove it completely. I get absolutely no benefit from it at all it's only for them to track my usage. It also makes it easier for them to read using a device instead of actually,physically having to read the numbers. (I pay for thst service too) Not to mention the unsafe condition smart meters pose. Maybe they call them "Smart" just ti emphasize how "dumb" the public is?
I don't know about this... I do know a few people who work for and are retired from the USPS . They are the most liberal, Equity biased, TDS infected people I ever met...
