Find things that motivate you. For example you could put away the money you would have otherwise spent on substances and then buy yourself something nice with it instead. If someone you know has a dog you could offer to take it on long walks, get some fresh air, sun and exercise. If you’re someone who has a lot of stuff, try and declutter your home as a way of increasing your clarity of mind. Get into cooking. This is an important life skill which will serve you well and is one of the most practical hobbies you could have.

They are screening tests and not diagnostic, hundreds of thousands of women a year are unnecessarily tested and sent for further examination and treatment based on them. The problem is the conservative federal Australian government is letting each state deal with the plandemic as it sees fit. A lot of the states are run by left wing premiers, not that the few conservative ones are handling it much better.
