Look into how many former Obama etc. appointees and gov employees ended up at positions in Google, Fakebook, etc. From C suite level all the way down. By now, some are probably higher up than when they started after leaving the Obama admin. That was one of my biggest red-pills in the early to mid 2000s.

I was in the same place as you in Nov 3rd 2020 and here is what I did to recover:
- find a good church that you are comfortable with and attend regularly online or in person (I like Calvary churches the best).
- pick up the original blue AA book.
- find a physical activity you enjoy to do and just go for it (boxing for me, trained on and off for years but now back.)
- learn how to cook your own food that you like (saves money and time and is healthier)
Also look for Celebrate Recovery groups in your area.. scripture based open share groups.
Strongly disagree; we did see this coming a mile away. Shills were all over PDW flipping the script and “blaming Trump” with weak logic and distorted facts throughout 2021.
