I can make your transition even easier -> cooties-viruses don't even exist. So quack-cines could never be "safe" nor "effective" as there is nothing for them to be effective against in the fist place. It's all lies, from Pastuer the fraudster, to Fauci. Never once has anything in "germ theory" ever even been remotely demonstrated using the scientific method. It's literally ALL LIES. Bacteria do indeed exist, but they aren't the "cause" of dis-ease. This is a half-truth. Bacteria are created by your body and stimulated when there is tissue in need of removal or repair. The activity of the bacteria and their subsequent elimination process, known as "putrefaction" does make you feel sick as the waste gets into your bloodstream. But "getting rid of bacteria" with anti-biotics (against-lifes) actually prevents them from performing their work, thus leaving the affected organ/tissue in a permanent state of disrepair which often leads to on-going or future problems as that organ/tissue has been left in a non-optimal, weakened state.
I can provide all the information you could ever ask for on the non-existence of viruses. Once you do your own research, you'll see it's quite clear and frankly, there's really nothing to even argue about. And this is why you'll never see cooties-virus believers ever even attempt to defend their BELIEFS against the people who have definitively shown that there's never been even a modicum of proof that cooties-viruses exist.
From 1870-1940, they were purely hypothetical, speculated organisms, yet our medical establishment managed to blame dozens of dis-eases on something they couldn't even see/detect; small pox, Spanish flu, polio, etc.
From 1940-1954 the establishment tried desperately to collect and purify the tiny particles they saw under their new electron microscopes in order to introduce them to both human and animal test subjects to produce dis-ease. All attempts failed and the documented evidence of their efforts is virtually impossible to find - because they were all failures.
In 1954 John Enders invented the phake, phone and phalse "viral culturing technique" which was the "gold standard" up until around the year 2000. It's a massive joke, a total fraud. Zero science is utilized. It's pure pseudoscience.
Around 2000 the new "gene/metagenomic/sanger sequencing" techniques began to take precedence over the more clunky viral culturing. But the virologists had to do the opposite of what everybody else was doing, which was taking a fully intact gene sequence of the thing they were studying, e.g. carrot, fly, human, whatever - and then snip it up into pieces to study it. The virologists has to do the opposite, because they can't ever find a "fully intact virus" in the fluids or tissues of a sick person. So they had to invent this "Gene assembling" process and pass it off as legit. But it's also a total sham. They can find billions and trillions of "Partial RNA strands" but can never find a fully intact cooties-virus? It's blatant fraud on its face.
What starts out as a lie (Pasteur and his innumerable, documented, provable frauds) remains a lie. And so it is.

If you get a chance to talk with him, you can say some rando anon told you that the cause of strep is related to "something he couldn't swallow" or "something he didn't want to swallow" in his life - either figuratively or literally. He should be fine and I'd recommend dumping the anti-biotics (against-lifes). They cause only harm, never good. The strep bacteria are there to perform vital repair work and are not the "cause" of strep as doctors have been mistakenly educated to believe.
Try and do at least one thing a day that you love. Make it a priority to do at least that one thing. If you can do more, great, but always ensure you do at least one.
This, and learn to sit in presence with your breath. Just shift your attention to the breath/heart-space and flow within it. The more times per day you can do this for at least a minute or two, the better. If you can set aside 10-15-20-30 minutes for just this, that's great too. But the multiple moments throughout the day is most effective.
All will be well again soon if you can achieve these simple tasks. Your purpose will become clear in perfect timing.

That's how you know these thoughts aren't "yours". See them for what they are and they will eventually vanish. If you continue to entertain them, the suffering continues.

You're right over the target OP. Might I suggest that ultrasounds are potentially not good as well?
In my studies, we are told that many "congenital defects" are caused by loud noises, as the unborn child's only primary outer sense "hearing" is operating in the womb. Blenders, chainsaws, leaf-blowers, loud music, lawnmowers, ultrasounds, etc. evolutionarily all resemble a bear/wild-cat/wild animal attack which can cause many primitive survival responses, including "freezing" to avoid being detected. And it is in this "freezing" that critical developmental processes can be stunted leading to certain defects.
To be clear, typically it is constant, consistent loud noises that the child is exposed to again and again and again. So the ultrasound process is a low probability of causing these issues, as compared to say listening to loud music every day for example.
Also, there's nothing worse for the child than you, the mother feeling fear on a regular basis. So don't let what I'm saying cause you to feel any fear, guilt, or worry.
All this to say, virtually everything your allopathic doctor is telling you is 100% wrong. I'd suggest you look into a natural birthing process with a midwife versus "changing hospitals" where you're just going to get more of the same as they're all on the same page.
