The USSC has the opportunity with this ruling to lay to rest the whole notion that what occurred on Jan 6 was an "insurrection." This is the pivotal term for the 14th Amendment claim, and the CO case is based solely on the J6 report from the a committee which tried to establish the concept of "insurrection" If USSC says flat out that J6 did not rise to the definition of an "insurrection" the vast majority of J6 prisoners will have legitimate grounds to be set free.

Read this. Fascinating. Article is a year old.

He says, "In my next article, I will try to paint the picture of what’s coming to replace this bankrupt system. I believe it will grant financial freedom like we never dreamed was possible. The Best Truly Is To Come!"

Where is this article and is it all playing out as he predicted in it?

Money is not free and in spite of what it looks like, it's not backed only by good faith and credit of the US gov't.

When the US was taken off the gold standard in 1971, another reservoir of value had to be employed to back US debt. The EPA was created in 1971. It has abusively and without a lawof Congress caused US land to come under US Gov't control, and this abuse of "monuments" at 1MM acres at a pop places more land into the control and administration by the US govt. Obama was famous for grabbing land for this purpose. No surprise that Biden is doing the same as our national debt spirals.

Putin was recently quoted as having a mineral valuation inside Russia's borders totalling close to $80 Trillion. Last week it was reported that the largest rare earth metals discovery in the world was just made in Wyoming. No telling what the total of the value of US land wealth is but just know that our Congress is borrowing aginst that value at the same time the Fed is bankrupting us out of existence.

Energon doesn't care if he's overturned on the remaining 20% of his case that hasn't already been overturned and has yet to be appealed (last Friday's $355 MM verdict). Don Jr and Eric were fined and disallowed from running the NY businesses even as they did when DJT served as President.

It will be overturned.

In the meantime Trump and his campaign are deprived of the ability to self fund his campaign for President as he deals wth all the Jack Smith and Fani Willis lawfare that $85MM award to that crazy sex-crazed bitch in addition to this $355MM fine.

There is no reason the USSC couldn't step over this State-level nonsense and rule against all of this with an appeal that steps over all of this on the basis of election interference impacting upon the 14th Amendment rights of every US citizen to select their leadership on an even playing field and in the context of Trump's right to to be able to have a fair trial with witnesses in his defence that has been repeatedly denied

If anyone fits the individual definition of "persons" The Agency employees are "persons." Bring on the suits! Make individual Agency hacks fearful of enforcing anything, making the effectiveness of all Agencies reduced to the "paper tigers" they actually are.

The bigger issue is the fact that Kamala Harris is not an Natural Born citizen and is inelligible herself to serve as President.

And don't tell me that just because Obama got away with it she will too. It is less likely that she could get away with it because everyone hates her: (D)s and (R)'s. She is not anywhere as slick as Obama. Alot of stupid "The View"-watchers fantacized about being dikked by Obama. Women hate Harris.

Look for a Presdent Mike Johnson. MJ appoints Trump as VP and then steps aside.

Russia was a US ally in Civil War. That was a time that the czars were in control.

The czars refused to allow the Rothschild run central bank to be established in Russia and they made the Romanov's pay with the Zionist planned and financed Russian Revolution that overthrew them.

MLK went to the The Highland Folk School (closed 1961), where Pete Seeger ("This Land is My Land") and Woody Guthrie (father of Arlo Guthrie "Alice's Garage") went. When Seeger is talking aboth "This Land is My Land/Your Land"he's talking about soclialst land re-distribution. I refused to sing it as a kid in school back in the '60's.

This link contains a picture of an article identifying what a Communist training ground Highland was and showing a picture of King's attendance there. On 2 September 1957, Martin Luther King joined with the staff and the participants of a leadership training conference at Highlander Folk School to celebrate its 25th anniversary.

I WAS BANNED FOR 3 DAYS LAST MONTH WHEN I POSTED VINCENT ELLISON'S COMMENTARY ON MLK's BIRTHDAY as it appears in the famous conservative jourmal, AMERICAN THINKER.

Now that we're celebrating Ellison, may we be assured that no one else in the future will be banned, forced to serve time in the penalty box, or be smeared with a "racist" label by any poster or mod for freely quoting Ellison?

I was accused by some SJW whiner on this board of being a racist for posting this commentary, the mod fell for it, and I "served" my time:

"Trump has mentioned the Migrants coming across the border many times he said at one of his rallies last year we have 26k military aged males coming in - What are we building a little army? What does drop 26 say…. Think about it logically. The only way is the military. Fully controlled."

https://patriots.win/p/17sOj4PzE5/four-out-of-five-illegals-who-br/c/

Yeah, sure. These are the military aged men to recyle and build a new army with? Don't bet on this.

That said, here is a post where border crossers were being clamped wth ankle monitors. WHat's that all about?

I paid down all of my debt. I have been debt free for ~ 10 years. Why should those who acquired debt not be obligated to pay down their debt just like I did?

Debt originated prior to the Federal Reserve being established was not simply absolved or vacated, as though the Fed was a do-over for everyone. Contracts for payment were negotiated and debt was still owed, but it was payable as denominated in the newly established conventional monetary form - Federal Reserve Notes.

The problem with the Fed is that it is a private institution that makes money on the interest owed on the national debt. The Fed must be eliminated as a system to free us of the perpetual debt system that is the Fed, that enriched a cabal. JFK was intent on going just that, and restoring debt free money to the US, like it was post 1836 with the expiration of the charter for the 2nd Bank of the United States.

This guy is a coincidence fag, the same way we have date fags on this board. Coincidences are not necessarily indicative of causation. This poster, who refuses to be named, opines on many topics, connects dots the way a kid misbuttons his sweater, and is very long winded but in the end not very informative. At the end of reading and considering the tortuous "connections" he makes, I'm left asking myself where do I get the time back that I just wasted on this.

White-washing Bush is the last "symbolism" I'll let this guy get away with.

ex post facto laws are unconstitutional. You cannot hold somone guilty for a breaking a law that did not exist to break at the time of the alleged infraction. Bills of attainder -that is, making a law simply designed to prosecute a specific individual -- are unconstituional. The 2022 law designed to be able to prosecute Trump for something beyond the statute of limitations offends the whole long established legal concept of a statute of limitations.

Copy and paste the body of a response to ~5 persons in the same thread, yet a response still tailored to each of you, because you were all saying the same ill-considered thing. Now you have allowed yourself to become distracted. We are talking about the vaxxxes not pedophilia and rape. Try to stay on topic. Your solution for administering justice will break the back of American healthcare, and fulfil the CCP's ultimate nefarious intentions. Administer justice wisely and start by curbing your incliniation for shoot 'em style revenge.

I currently have vaxxx injured family members and friends who may or may not survive the next 3 years. Turbo-cancers arising from SV-40 derived DNA-fragment contamination are unpredictable.

They were largely prevailed upon by employers to submit to taking the vaxxx. It was foolish on their part to have done so. I tried to persuade them to resist the pressure. Some did and others did not. Those who complied with "mandates" chose poorly. I hold their employers more responsible than pressured individuals, though those employees may have been the public facing personnel.

You cannot avoid personal responsibility for your decisions. I chose not to subject myself to the vaxxxx. That choice cost me ~$100,000 in billable business. I have my health and I don't regret not taking those assignments.

Had society refused to be jabbed, there would have been no vaxxx injured. It would have been a bloodless coup, and coercive powers would have toppled. Imagine that world - what could have been. Sadly, millions chose poorly. They were pressured. I say hold those who pressured them responsible in an acsending fashion. Encourage the small fish to turn on the big fish - that's where the retribution $$ will come from to make victims to some degree they can be, whole.

The little guys who administered the jabs got duped just like others to whom they gave the jabs. They made themselves victims of their decision to get jabbed to hold their hospital of pharmacy job. A jabbed pharmacist taking their anger out on a jabbed floor nurse accomplishes nothing. Co-opt thier angst to get to the administrators and HR diks who set the policy that forced them to jab. And then those Administrators take it to the big wigs that proffited obscenely - the vaxxx makers, the gov't hacks who let it slide -- the $$$ culpability gots tapped there. Drive these entites into insolvency through disgorgement of profits. Drive schools out of business, drive government hacks into the unemployment line, debarring them forever from ever being employed in their now former line of work.

Set your sights higher, and fight the battle on the level that will deliver justice meaningfully. The CCP wanted to destroy the premier healthcare system in the world. Don't let personal vengeance finish their plan for them.

You continue to miss the point. You should want to get the big fish to have an effective retribution. Any German private left defending Berlin as the Allies closed in had likely shot "enemy" with the intent and pupose to kill as instructed by his leadership. Is it not more valuable to turn that soldier - to cause him to turn his fire on his leadership as the Allies continue to advance? We did not execute every German soldier that carried a bolt action. We deNazified them.

We did not execute every Confederate who killed a Union soldier in the Civil War. The invitation was to lay down their weapons, cease making war and sign a loyalty oath to the Union and all would be forgiven.

If you concentrate on the minnows like you are presently inclined to do, you won't get the big fish. If the little fish refuse to sign that statement of remorse, then go full retribution on them personally as un-repentant "combatants" and for them let it include the possibility of public execution. We want the little fish to point to their higher ups - thse likely not to be the operational public facing bureaucrats and health adminstrators and roll them out for public execution.

Consider a measured response, not a solution which for all its "righteous" intent results in a Phyrric victory as you have destroyed by blanket execution the remnants of the sophisticated and world standard for a medical care system we had enjoyed until the CV-19 biowar.

My2SonsAreMarines 1 point ago +1 / -0

Jesus will administer justice - for you, for me, and for them. I am not inclined to wait that long for them. Your solution requires at least a generation to correct and the wishful hope that a medical care system of the excellence we once had would somehow emerge after a bloodletting like some have envisioned.

My2SonsAreMarines 0 points ago +1 / -1

"we would be just fine until another crop were produced through a more honorable medical school system."

You realize that many of those physicians who practice an teach in medical schools administered vackzes too, right. Your solution is impractical if you hope to have your hip replacement, sports injury, thyroid surgery, or apendecomy any time in the next 10 years.

Trying to get you to think here.

Those who held the line are rare and difficult to find now.

We purebloods want justice. We want retribution. But how do we get both without cutting off our noses to spite our faces?

Post WWII would it have made sense to execute every person who was ever involved with the Nazi regime? Brilliant scientists were competled to fealty by force of their Nazi government on pain of loss of career and possibly jailing or death. Similar fact pattern to the experience of many medical professionals during CV-19 2020 - 2023.

Operation Paperclip migrated the brilliant scientists to the West and allowed us to employ their capabilites that once built rockets aimed at Britain to ultimately advance space exploration technology for the US. Consider the fact that satellite technology which we all use to exchange thoughts on the internet on this board today was in part made possible by the efforts of these scientists.

The scientists had to be de-nazified. Today's medical professionals who participated in the CV-19 push need to be rehabilitated and deprogrammed.

Unless we want to lose our sadly - but not necressarily forever -- duped local healthcare providers, I propose to give these people a pathway to reputational rehabilitation. Have them individually compose and sign a declaration of remorse, and a pledge to assist in the investigations of the bigwigs who compelled their fealty. Have them post this declaration prominently at their places of business.

Sure, there were little guys - private practice docs, pharmacists, and group healthcare providers sucked into the borg, but if you are looking for real retribution - go for the big pockets - the Big hospitals, Big academics sucking gov't dick, Big Pharma, Big Pharmacy, Big Insurance, Big Media. Investigate and prosecute the bigwigs in DOD, NIH, FDA, and DARPA. Go EO 13848 and force disgorgement of profits. Make many of these big players become insolvent.

Depending on the size of the business entity consider Class action filings by those many who were harmed. May be brought against individual businesses, and Big wogs who personally owned, managed, led these businesses and who engaged in wrongful firings over mask and vackzz compliance. The leadership of these orgs are the targets who need to be impoverished and perpetually debarred from hire in their professions. Let them re-invent themselves on their own time even as many who were fired from their careers and/or military service were foced to do.

We will have our retribution but we must do this with wisdom, and without a spirit of unfocused vengeance.
