My birth certificate does not have my name appearing in all CAPS. My name on my Social Security card is (first issued to me in 1973), but not my birth certificate.

IRS settles with Trump for breaching the privacy of his tax returns to the tune of $1.776 billion.

Trump and his family took the hit, get an “apology” from the IRS – an absolute admission of guilt (this fact will have legs in many respects and in pending cases where a fact pattern has now been established), and Trump then graciously makes that amount available to victims of past government weaponization and lawfare. Whatta boss!!

This is the first of what will be many direct hit broadsides lobbed against the IRS that will coming down the pike. IRS may not survive too many more of these.

You knew the IRS is a private corporation chartered in Puerto Rico, didn’t you?

"Kenites (descendants of Cain, the evil seed -- offspring of Satan, due to what happened in the Garden of Eden)"

Cain was not birthed in the Garden of Eden. Adam and Eve had no offspring until banished from Eden.

Some people just can't participate in the equivalent of a National Day of Prayer and Rest (Sabbath) without sending up a self-important laborious Jeremiah-ed like this.

Get off the perfection spiral. Our Founders would never recognize the applications of Scripture and law as have been implied here.

You need to supply the link to the 147-page "public" report. Who issued this report? At one time i worked as a Review Chemist at FDA. Who is the FDA person that contributed to this report and in what division did they serve? Did they collect their data while still working at FDA?

The Watters clip is good and I have seen it before but it says nothing like what the the poster's header narrative says. I believe all the Obama SSN identity theft stuff, but this guy seems to be just waking up to it now, and providing literally no more sauce about it than is already known.

"The exchange highlights Berlin's ongoing reluctance to publicly credit the Soviet Red Army's role in defeating the Third Reich"

Patton said we defeated the wrong army. I agree with him. Why are we crying about Germany's failure to recognize communist "liberators" and the Stasi they installed for decades to police the people? Bibles had to be smuggled into communist East Germany and East Berlin. Those who were caught were executed.

Have you forgotten the atrocity of the Berlin Wall - what that symbolized - and those who were murdered trying to escape to the West? Have you forgotten the whole Cold War?

The Soviets were particularly brutal to the surviving East German populace. Merkle was a product of that East German communist state that let in the waves of foreign Muslims.

I do not begrudge this fellow from not having his face rubbed into recognizing Soviet Communist enslavers for more than what they ever were, and heaping false praise on them as he was being cajoled.

I am surprised i even have to make these historical points on this board.

"Klobuchar was literally days away from announcing a run for governor… those plans are now dead on arrival."

I thought she had announced already. How old is this thing?

I really love the way this poster/blogger expresses herself -- always like her no nonsense, cut to the chase commentary.

What i have trouble with is her personal statement: "Alpha Female. Soulless Motherfucker. Artist & Writer. Exorcist of the Narratives. Visceral. Hellbitch. Atheistic Luciferian. TAKEN By @ghostofcynthia."

I am OK with everything except "Atheistic Luciferian," Anyone else?

Sure. We pay for foreign aid programs too without any benefit to us. July 1, 1971 US Postal Service was launched replacing the former cabinet level US Post Office department. I have a date-stamped 1st day cover commemorating this event.

Have been following this Pauling regimen for ~ 1.5 years.

Take 2000mg lysine + 2000mg Vitamin C upon first rising. Wash up in the morning, empty the dishwasher, set the table. Time enough to wait a total of 1 hour for breakfast. Eat that. Eat anything up through and including lunch. Finish eating lunch ~ 1230-1PM. Eat nothing in the afternoon. Notice the ~ 3 hr clearing time this provides. Repeat the 2000mg lysine + 2000mg Vitamin C at 4-5PM. Wait 1 hour. Have dinner at 6PM - 730PM. Eat anything.

No irritation experienced on this meal/dosage plan. This routine works well with people that may have slower digestion.

You mean I am not covetous like you are. You need to figure out a way to make money the honest way, that includes hard work and rational thinking instead of thinking you can just get by gambling what little money you make from tips delivering Doordash curry to NoVa H1-B Indian 7-11 operators.

Educate yourself a little: https://americancapitalproject.org/

1.Congress must act

---- Congress failed to act back in 1847

"Congress required both the town of Alexandria and the county of Arlington to separately vote yes before retrocession could happen. The town voted for it. The county voted against. But the votes were illegally combined to create a false majority. The law said "both must agree." Both didn't. "

2.Virginia must agree (or fight it in court)

---- Virginia did agree. In 1790, as did Maryland

"The Constitution let Congress create a "permanent" capital. Once created, that power was spent. Congress can't "unpermanent" something: the word itself makes no sense. Congress never had authority to dismantle what it declared would last forever."

3.Courts would likely intervene

---- Let's hope they do.

"In 1875, a case came in front of the supreme court that involved retrocession. The court specifically declined to rule on the constitutionality of the law. This is an open legal question that has never been resolved by any court."

4.Entire tax/legal/education systems must be rebuilt

---- So fucking what

5.Residents lose representation and face massive disruption

---- They didn't seem to care when VA's rural counties got disenfranchised by this illegal referendum, now did they? Fuck them. No, they'll get exactly the kind of representation they were so willing to to take from others, and I don't give a fuck. They get all the representation they deserve by choosing to live in and stay in the restored DC District of Arlington

6.Strong local opposition from highly influential stakeholders

---- So what. The whole retrocession matter was illegal to begin with. You know Al Capone was an influential stakeholder in all the graft and corruption he was all about in his time too. So -- fucking -- what. Tell that to all the influential legal minds at the SPLC right about now and see how much all that "legal" influence they'll have after the DOJ gets done with them. Smart, evil people can be brought down.

That combination makes it functionally nonviable.

---- You need to think like Trump and think outside the box

"Presidents Taft and Wilson both sought to undo retrocession. Taft asked Congress to restore the land. Wilson agreed. The Attorney General was ready to sue Virginia. Only World War I stopped them, not any legal refutation of the case."

So 50.3% of the electorate is allowed to disenfranchise 90% of the representation of the other 49.7%. Isn't there something in the Voting Rights Act about this?

Challenge in the court, but what court?

Interesting way Trump could possibly defeat this all by himself himself: "Trump has a bold option to counter Virginia's new gerrymander scheme"

https://www.foxnews.com/opinion/trump-bold-option-counter-virginias-new-gerrymander-scheme

"In 1790, Virginia and Maryland each gave five square miles of land to the Federal government to create a district for a new national capital. That Virginia land remained part of the District of Columbia until 1847, when it was retroceded to the commonwealth. The shameful reason for that retrocession was protecting slavery in Virginia when the district abolished it.

"This became moot after the Union defeated the ancestors of this current effort to rig elections and resist the elected federal leadership in the Civil War. Other presidents, including William Howard Taft, have considered retrocession unconstitutional and wanted to reclaim the land for the district, but the Supreme Court has never been asked to weigh in.

"President Trump could issue an executive order declaring the slavery-motivated retrocession unconstitutional, triggering certain legal action, and allowing the courts to finally weigh in on whether the county of Arlington and the city of Alexandria in fact properly belong to the District of Columbia."
