what got me was the photo of W in the PEOC. 9/11 is in full swing, yet they have cookies, m&m's and sodas.

Yes but we've always known he was CIA and when I first started here Pompeo was considered one of the top good guys. Since my absence I wonder whats changed?

I'm pretty sure Peterson only made the deal with Boreing under the agreement that he could still say what he wanted. From how they made it sound, it seems like the DW doesn't have complete control over him. I could be greatly mistaken, however.

I agree that we should draw the line somewhere. The flat Earth thing is ridiculous. And wasn't it specifically stated by Q that the moon landing was not faked? If we aren't even trusting Q then what are we all doing here?

However, it is not out of the realm of our government to lie to us, so that's the only reason I would have to question the moon landing. I haven't looked into it really so I'm not going to attempt to sound like I know what I'm talking about. But Q specifically said it was true, so I'm going with that. Plus I think a part of me would die if I found out it wasn't true.

As for posting history, I myself haven't been here much the past year aside from lurking now and then. I sure hope that wouldn't put my loyalty as an Anon to question. I've simply had a lot of personal issues and haven't had much time. Should that really be a marker for our validity as a member of this board? If so, I need to keep up more lol.

I don't have any data to provide, though I wouldn't trust most food data out there anyway. What I do have is my own experience. I was overweight and super unhealthy at a young age (30-35) and couldn't stick to a diet to save my life. Until Keto.

I quickly lost about 60lbs in around 6 months and never felt healthier in my life. Several people here have mentioned how carbohydrates aren't necessary and I couldn't agree more.

Sadly, I've been eating my old SAD diet again (personal issues, stress) and I for sure feel the difference. When I was on Keto I felt like my body was telling me "This is what I've been waiting my whole life for you to do!" No hunger, no blood sugar issues, no weight gain, mental clarity, less headaches, my cycle normalized (previously, I hadn't had a normal 28 day cycle since I was about 16), and on and on... I can't speak to the benefits of the carnivore diet, as I haven't tried it. But Keto was awesome. Though a downside is it's slightly difficult to adhere to due to the fact that you either have to sit down in a restaurant, or cook at home. Fast food options exist but they definitely don't taste as good. So it can be time consuming, but worth it in the end.

I ate a lot of meats, fats, and salt and was never healthier. I am convinced the processed grains, sugars and oils are what's damaging our health. Along with the fat-free, sugar-free craze of the 90's. I was always told eggs are full of cholesterol and bad for you. Butter is bad for you. Red meat is bad for you.

All wrong. it's when you combine those things with an excess of grains and sugars that they cause problems. I remember wanting to be vegan when I was younger (though I never could adhere to it, I'm a carnivore through and through) because I love animals (oxymoron, I know). But I now realize we need animal protein in our diet. There is no plant based alternative no matter how much vegans espouse the praises of pea-protein.

I also realized the truth about the food chain. Almost every species kills for food. Why are we any different? A lion will hunt to feed its young. Why are we enforcing a vegan diet on our children who require animal proteins to build their growing bodies?

It is completely backward.

Do not touch the "impossible meat". It never sat right with me from day 1 and then this board confirmed my thoughts. They are trying so hard to push an unnatural way of living onto the plebs for their own benefit. I can assure you if we ever were to become a dystopian society forced to eat Soylent green, every rich Dem in power would have access to their own organic farms full of cows, chickens, pigs, etc. with eggs and butter galore.

Oh my bad. Someone here said the thief was female so i assumed and made an ass of myself. Apologies.

Hang on… if Grace Kelly was the thief in the movie then wouldn’t changing the direction of the shawl indicate that Ivanka is not the thief? Like reversing the meaning.
