Thanks! Passing it on to my friend who gave me a really hard time more than once about cooking steak in butter LOL. “Omg your cholesterol must be through the roof” adds more butter

This is worth your time. It’s another big pharma lie/poison and if you take it, you’re stuck on it for life and suffer from terrible side effects, illness and death. Not to mention muscle loss and if over 50, you won’t get it back. Some estimates are 40-75 percent of lean tissue mass lost. Can you even imagine the devastating consequences of that?

It’s a starvation diet. You don’t eat and people on it have trouble even consuming water without having nausea so they wind up with electrolyte imbalances and chronic dehydration etc. and most don’t bother changing their diet or exercise habits. They figure it’s a magic bullet that lets them eat whatever garbage they want but wind up with horrible metabolic profiles in the end. The “skinny fat.” But then they stop taking it and the weight comes back rapidly, plus more.

I’ve been on multiple rants about this evil drug on here. Bottom line-Don’t take it!!! Don’t use it!!! I would say it’s probably worse than the c19 jabs in the long run and once again, if you take it- you’re taking part in an after-market research study. They don’t know what happens to people taking it for weight loss because it hasn’t been studied that way.

I’m hearing the same from my sister about her “lefty” friends being pro Trump now. Shocking!! LOL yes, refreshing!

Right. I’ve never boarded her but a lot of people have to and even doggy daycare situations they want it. It’s a horrible vax.

We get between two and five solar eclipses every year. Most people don’t even know they happen when they do.

My dog had thyroid cancer. Not sure what caused it although Apoquel for allergies is known to cause cancer and she was on it. She is doing fine now but it’s very rare for dogs to get this and the takeaway for me is-get the annual blood work if your dog takes any meds or received vaccinations. It saved her life since they caught it early. I regret giving her Apoquel but she has such severe allergies in the summer, not sure what I’m going to do this year.

She also almost died from the kennel cough vax. Bordetella and the emergency vet said her dog also almost died. But they force you to take it if you have to board the dog!

Yeah, I hear ya. So many people are like this. But all you can do is try to inform. You’re doing the best you can.

Take a look at dr Berg and see what he says about it. Loads of good videos. Cutting bread, pasta and rice is huge. That’s probably been the hardest for me but there are alternatives and I don’t miss it anymore. Cutting out beer was a game changer, as well. Anyway, good luck on your journey. It’s a very positive one.

Statins can cause diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis and many other side effects including memory loss, brain fog, muscle pain and more. It is well documented statins can increase blood sugar levels but most of the sites I looked at say “benefits outweigh the risks” which is total BS. So you may not have high cholesterol but you could still have a heart attack (many people who have “normal” cholesterol have heart attacks.) I was going to link to some sites to show the risks and side effects, but I don’t trust any of them. But, I would suggest your mom go on a low carb diet and get herself off this poison.

High cholesterol can be hereditary and also can be elevated from having high cortisol levels. That’s the stress hormone. It is so much better to focus on lowering inflammatory conditions and a big cause of this is having a diet high in carbs or more plainly, sugar. There is a high association between insulin resistance and heart disease. Again, I don’t know who to cite on here because I don’t trust much of the health community but an interesting and very informative person to follow is Dr Eric Berg on YT. He helped me change my diet and chronic pain and my metabolic profile is now optimal. It bothers me your mom directly got a condition from taking statins but now know she can be helped.

I was USMC but oh hell no. My dad was an officer who was at Camp Lejeune during the toxic water years and recently denied by the VA any disability benefits for his kidney failure and afib. So hell no from him, too.

But bottom line, most current vets, regardless of branch, are absolutely disgusted, mortified, appalled, depressed and suicidal in some cases over the abortion the current POS admin calls the Afghanistan withdrawal. We won’t forget. We won’t forgive. We won’t go back.

There is nothing more unsettling than seeing someone wearing one of those old gas masks. LOL

I bought mine at the height of the c19 hysteria, planning on wearing it in public-such as food shopping but even I couldn’t muster the nerve to freak people out that badly. Too soon.. too many old ladies who could pass out or try to run. But now, it’s useful and amuses me like nothing else. The hard part is not laughing out loud. Pro tip- get a painter’s stocking cap from Home Depot or wherever and put that on first so the rubber doesn’t rip all your hair out.

You know what is fun? You can get Soviet era style gas masks on am azon for cheap. LOL great fun when you get those solicitors coming to your door. I usually go around to the side door while my dog is barking foamy-rabid-crazy on the inside and startle them from the periphery. But act like nothing is weird! “Heyyy how are you? What’s up?” LOL it is hysterical. Just take out the canister with the possible asbestos filter inside. Safety first. If you don’t want that much contact, just peer out from your window. Nobody ever expects it..

It’s a red gummy vitamin pill. Yeah, pass this one out daily! It’s good for you, you’re deficient! Seriously, great post.

I wonder if Tafari Campbell knew Diddy? I’ve been doing some digging and can find little beside the tight little bio on the chef but.... does anyone know?
