IMO, the militia is not separate, it IS OF the People. If not "of" then not well regulated. Militia and People are distinct, different things. The power, and the right, is of the people.
Agreed. However, the wording of the amendment clearly establishes that militia and the people are separate and the right is of the people to regulate, if necessary, the militia. IMO, Tench Coxe, seems to blend the two together.
For most Democrats who have been brainwashed but not braindead the truth is becoming impossible to ignore as the fraud convictions, resignations, unconstitutional redistricting constitutional amendments get booted and midterm expectations go round and round around the bowl and down the hole. Still, beware the braindead. We the people need be ready to maintain order and protect ourselves and ours.
It would seem that the eradication of the fraud would, at minimum, reduce the tax burden at Federal, State and Local levels. On the other hand the cost of prosecutors and court security may exceed the funds no longer doled out to fraud. The only winners are the attorneys. . .military is the only way.
