Take a breather, go out and take some pictures of pretty flowers with your phone (not joking, I literally do this), enjoy nature, eat a big meal with a friend. Stop thinking about all this for a few days. That's my hopium. I crash off too many dopamine hits when new, exciting news comes out and I don't follow up by dooming per se, but I do get all "blah' about it all and it's good to take a chill. Especially if you're more of an observer as I am, rather than a digger, contributor or decoder.
