Great post. Agree wholeheartedly. We are in our 50s-60s and take zero prescriptions. Eat clean, shop the perimeter of the store, grow what you can.

Burger salads are incredible. I put sauteed mushrooms and onions, avocado and some cherry tomatoes on mine. Steak salads even better.
