I've been playing an AI text based fantasy game with the GM being AI. It has put in humor a lot into the story. Not sure if it's pre-written but I've been impressed with the story creation and ability to make things up on the fly.

I haven't tried sarcasm yet. I'll get to that.

Speaking of brain damage, my wife's friend is on her 10th or 11th COVID booster shot. She has so many health issues that I am surprised she is still living. She says Long COVID is causing her all these problems

I always thought it was pretty shitty that they can withhold military paychecks. Most military are as you said overseas and can't just separate if they need a job. Like a federal worker can just leave their job and get another one
