Many non Americans would say that if there was no demand for drugs in America, they wouldn't exist. I believe in cutting problems at the bud. If there is no supply of any nefarious drugs then no one has access to them. Rehabs become abundant and the drug addiction epidemic collapses! There will be no new drug addicts! This drug epidemic exists because corrupt politicians allow it and protect the cartels, simple as that! No cartel has more power than the power of a sovereign state!

Takes a chemical process to extract the cocaine hydrocholoride from the coca leaves. They're some pretty harsh chemicals.
